A great day trip to Fujairah from Dubai. There was a minor issue that was resolved immediately. For my first time working with them, I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. I will definitely use them again in the future.

An experience to repeat
This trip was part of a longer itinerary, and we chose Greca to cover Greece. Although we had a lot of uncertainty, we weren't wrong to choose Greca; it met our expectations and the agreed-upon itinerary. Highly recommended.

Trip, amazing! CS not so much
I had an amazing vacation in Greece. No doubt!!
There were a few problems with the itinerary. The front line customer service on WhatsApp were great.
I have emailed the main customer service email as directed and 2 weeks later and 1 week after my trip I have not received a reply or resolution

Complete satisfaction
I thought the whole tour was excellent, with superb organization. The hotels were very good. Sedat, the guide, performed his duties very well, but he was also kind and empathetic with everyone.

Unforgettable destination
Everything was very well organized, except for the costs. When sending people to tourist areas, I think you end up paying more than 10 times the price for water, even though it's not free. It's really outrageous.

Great experience
I bought the tour to Egypt and everything was super well organized from arrival to the end! I didn't like that I suddenly felt like everything was rushed! But I understand that time has to be used efficiently, and the whole tour was in Spanish 🥰

Immortal Turkey
Turkey was amazing, and our English-speaking tour guide and driver were fantastic. However, some things were poor, including motel locations that limited exploring, fixed lunch locations with no options, optional tours priced 3–4 times higher than other agents, & too many in the bus travel days.

Excellent service! They exceeded my expectations. The transfers and the cruise were all excellent, very punctual, and the staff was very attentive. The agency was always attentive to my needs and communicated with me constantly via email. Excellent service!
