The people at Greca were very helpful in securing entry tickets for us. It's much easier to have your tickets before you go. Going as early as possible helps to at least beat the big crowds. Which gives a chance to savor the wonder of the Parthenon and the views of Athens. Truely memorable.

The services we booked and the coordination were excellent. The transfers were always of very good quality and were perfectly on schedule. The hotels were very good, the only exception being the one in Santorini: while it had a prime location, the room wasn't very nice.

Everything was perfect until Dobrovnik, but after that, everything was of lower quality. Too bad.

The tour was very interesting. The guides were excellent, but there were many hours of travel time and little time to visit the places they took us to by bus. Daily departures are between 6 and 7 a.m.

We just returned from a wonderful trip. We enjoyed all the hotels, especially the one in Mykonos for the attentiveness and helpfulness of its staff. Each coordinator was excellent and highly recommended.

A very well-organized trip. I always received a WhatsApp response from Greca and the service providers. For a future package, I would like the option to choose the room level.

The excursion to Delphi was good, it was a shame that the guide got sick.

Everything was excellent, from the locations, hotels, and guides. Ahmed, the guide, was impeccable, and we coordinated it as well. They fulfilled every aspect of the package, and the Spanish-language assistance was very useful. They provided us with an E-SIM so we could stay connected, which was key. I highly recommend taking the hot air balloon flight in Luxor!

The destinations visited were definitely worth exploring. Our tour guide in Turkey was disorganized and unclear. Countless stops at stores to shop, leaving us with little time at the attractions. Lunch stops were empty, always with a fixed and expensive menu. The guide was unprofessional.

I wasted hours trying to cancel a tour I had booked (in duplicate) in Santorini. They denied my request. They couldn't tell me it was the same one (they passed the issue from the GRECA office to George). I had problems with my check-in, and they weren't helpful either. In the end, I called my agency in Spain.

We booked one of the packages to the UAE in Dubai. Although at first it took about a month for the master booker to send us the itinerary, which had some modifications in relation to what they offer on the website, once everything started, it went very well. The Galaxia guides were very professional and had good Spanish.
