This tour is designed as a full-day introduction to some of Santorini's main attractions, combining villages, viewpoints (including the panoramic viewpoint on Mount Elias), a winery visit, and sunset in Oia, rather than spending an extended amount of time in a single location. Therefore, the time allotted to each stop is structured to allow participants to experience different aspects of the island throughout the day. Regarding Oia specifically, we would like to clarify that the guide's information and explanations are provided during the journey to Oia and on the way to the sunset viewpoint. This is intentional: at sunset, Oia is extremely crowded, and providing explanations while walking through such a large group can make it considerably difficult for participants to hear and follow the guide. Therefore, we have opted for a format that allows you to receive the relevant information while the group is traveling and, once in Oia, have more time to enjoy the scenery and the sunset at your leisure. We understand that some travelers may prefer to explore Santorini on their own and at their own pace; this excursion is designed for those who value seeing several of the island's main attractions in a single organized day.
