Excellent reception and transfer service in Dublin by Robert, fabulous hotels along the route, and the company of our charming and knowledgeable guide, Ignacio Cascante, rounded out this wonderful experience through the beauty of Ireland. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I didn't like the tour and it didn't meet my expectations. We didn't need a guide to go for a walk.

Overall good. Costa and Antony were helpful and knowledgeable. I understand the need for driver to take breaks but too many stops and for too long resulting in less time at what mattered. Never offered the option of the museum at Delphi and did not stop at Thermopylae on the way back.

THERE IS ALMOST NO INFORMATION ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU ARE GOING TO SEE (IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES). THE ONLY THING THEY EMPHASIS ON IS THE EXCURSIONS AND THEIR PRICES. THE STAFF WAS VERY PLEASANT, BUT SOME YOUNG PEOPLE WERE GOING AT THEIR OWN STREET.

From the young man who waited for us, the guides, the hotel, the punctuality, the places where we ate and the gentleman who accompanied us to the airport, everything was more than fine.

The hotels were nice and located near the train station. However, they were not located near the city centers, shopping, eating, or tourist areas. We spent a lot of time walking or taqking public transportation to the areas of interest. Vouchers for events were not always delivered or accurate.

We went on a guided tour. The tour was given in two different languages in the same group. THis was very difficult to follow and understand and took a very long time.

Hotel changed, ferry cancelled, excursions added but had to be paid for. Very poor communication. Paid too much money to have to deal with all these issues. Breakfast at each hotel was horrible. Our Vatican tour was done in English and French. Waisted our time w a group of 41. Too much free time.

The pickup in Mykonos and the hotel were great!! Beautiful hotel! The hotel in Santorini was terrible!!! Poor service at reception! Absolutely spoiled and rude! The ferry to Athens was delayed 7 hours! We missed the flight to Corfu and a night at the hotel! They didn't notify us of this delay! I paid for the fast ferry! 😣

We were in Greece for 12 days. Everything was amazing from our pickup and drop-off at airports, hotel's and ferries. The driver's, hotels representatives, and tour guides did a fantastic job. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend them and rate everything with a 5 star

On May 28, I booked a tour to Corinth and Epidaurus. I am Brazilian and, at 69 years old, I would finally take the long-awaited trip to Greece and its mythology, so I chose a Spanish-speaking guide. The receptionist did not provide any solutions and the guide spoke in English. Hop on hop off has 18 languages.

Guide very available to answer the group's questions and spoke Spanish, as contracted.

I do not recommend it to anyone

Very good cruise, varied meals and drinks package with wine also satisfactory. The point that left something to be desired were the tour packages sold on the ship. The team with Brazilians serving, but they sell what they cannot deliver.

I couldn't make it because they gave me the wrong meeting point. The supplier never called me at the phone number I gave. They didn't wait for me even though I called to tell them I was in Cavor 18.

The itinerary planned for Portugal could have been different, and on the other hand, there was some disorganization regarding transportation or meeting points and schedules. What I greatly value is the communication via WhatsApp, which was impeccable. This way, I resolved any inconveniences or doubts.

EXCELLENT!!!! I WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE I KNOW. DO NOT CHANGE A THING.

Trip to improve: The one-day cruise from Piraeus is a rip-off. Tours must be booked for an additional €20-30. The Santorini hotel didn't even have a cafeteria, was very isolated, and had noisy construction work. Hotel Nikos is not recommended. We weren't given the seniors' 65 discount on museum admission.

The tour we did with our guide Favio was very good.
