Ruben was very attentive and explained everything to us. Highly recommended.

The support and response to questions was excellent. We could contact them by whatsapp, phone, any time from the US or in Greece. The welcome at the airport was good with a large Mercedes van which took care of all our luggage. We had booked a 4-day classic tour and this was again excellent.

The guide's explanation was satisfactory, but we booked the traditional dinner and it was terrible. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was very poor quality. Not recommended.

Sometimes it's necessary to speak with an executive to clarify doubts, and it was difficult with Greca. On the other hand, I received my boarding pass five days early, which I think is incorrect since they don't send it unless I email them.

supplier meeting point advised via Greca was wrong and we missed tour. If you want to see the island of Santorini you are better looking it directly with the supplier when you are there. that is what we had to do after missing tour.

For those who enjoy Greek history and myths, I highly recommend this tour. We visited all the places relevant to Greek history with excellent value for money. Special thanks to our guide Magdalena for her knowledge, enthusiasm for what she does, and for helping us when we needed it.

Very disorganized. Incorrect information. Incorrect itineraries.

Our trip with Greca went very well. All transfers were on time or even early. The hotels were good especially the cave hotel in Cappadocia. Our guides were very knowledgable and friendly. We really enjoyed the day long tour of Cappacocia led by Inci Yulma. Touring Istanbul & Athens was also great.

Everything agreed upon with Greca for the entire Greece tour was meticulously fulfilled: transfers, accommodations, and excursions. I would have preferred a hotel in the Plaka or Monastiraki area for the days in Athens, since Omonia wasn't a pleasant neighborhood. I think this can be discussed beforehand.

The previous trip, after booking, went wrong. Despite my repeated requests, I never received the names of the hotels and cruises I had booked, nor a day-by-day itinerary for my package, until two days before traveling. At my destination, everything worked out well, despite two excursions being canceled.

This trip did not disappoint. From the initial purchase of the trip to payments and arrival at our locations, there was constant communication between us and the Greca team & their partners. There is a lot of walking, so be prepared! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The agency perfectly fulfilled the contracted package. They were always attentive to ensure nothing went wrong, and we felt very well looked after. The hotel was fine; the only thing I didn't like was the hotel in Mykonos. It was very nice and well-staffed, but far from everything and in a very bad location. The rest was fine.
