The company and Arty Tour made my tours everything I expected. The guides were very good, attentive, and efficient.

I'm traveling alone, but I'm very relaxed with Greca. I arrived in Berlin and there was a wall at the airport exit, so there were no cars. I wrote to Greca to find out the meeting point. They answered me right away, and within a minute the local operator called me back with instructions. Everything was GREAT!!

The excursions were just as we agreed. Very good guides.

The guide, Marita, was very kind, as well as clear and knowledgeable. A little late.

The vehicles used were and the 2 island hotels were good. ROH Athens is old and amenities lacking. Instead of Grand Meteora, better to use hotels in downtown Kalambaka. Tour guides in general were good. Greca's itinerary could be more detailed instead of waiting for us to ask for clarification.

Tour was fun and informative thanks to our wonderful guide Eleni (fierceless momma!) Couple of issues with communication and long stick with a flag needed so we could find her in amongst the throngs of people less stressful for all. Good sound devices

The excursions weren't registered on the cruise. I had trouble registering them, and they placed me in groups other than the ones I'd selected and paid for. Because of this, I missed the cable car ride in Santorini. To top it all off, they wanted to exclude me from the visit to the House of the Virgin Mary.

The first day was a bit poorly organized (too long breaks, very short time spent visiting the monasteries, etc.) but the guide Dominique made up for it on the second day by offering us entry to the Delphi Museum, which wasn't initially included. In short, it was a good and rich atmosphere.

Very good. Magdalena, the guide, was excellent: knowledge, passion, and communication. Things to improve: Hotel Nedea in Olimpia doesn't deserve 3 stars. And being able to pay for lunch with a card: the requirement to pay in cash sounds like a contribution to the informal economy. I don't think it's expensive to operate with a card.

The local agency Atlas, which represented them on the trip, provided us with second-class service, distinguishing between Spanish and Italian tourists and everyone else, including us. If we travel with you again, we'll want to know in advance who the local agent is.

A must-see destination in Belgium, Bruges, a city with medieval streets, romantic canals, and a fairytale atmosphere around every corner. A wonderful experience with Greca.

The entire Puglia tour met my expectations. The guide, Ana, was very good and attentive. The hotels were fine, but the one in Cisternino was very far from the town. The meals, in general, were heavy on flour and very few fruits and vegetables.

We were very pleased with the service; the guides and drivers were excellent. Great value for money.
