IMPORTANT NOTES:

Upon arrival at O. R. Tambo International Airport, our English-speaking driver will welcome you and accompany you to your hotel in Johannesburg, the vibrant economic heart of South Africa. As you settle into the rhythm of the city, you will begin to discover the contrasts and energy that make Johannesburg such a fascinating destination.
For those wishing to deepen their understanding of the country’s history, an optional excursion to Soweto is available at an additional cost. This iconic district, originally created during the apartheid era, became one of the most important symbols of South Africa’s struggle for freedom and equality. During the visit, you may explore the Apartheid Museum, which powerfully recounts the story of apartheid and the country’s transformation, as well as the Mandela House, former home of Nelson Mandela.
In the evening, you may enjoy dinner at leisure either at the hotel or in one of the nearby restaurants before returning to rest after your first day in South Africa.
Greca Tip: Johannesburg’s local cuisine reflects the country’s cultural diversity—consider trying traditional South African specialties such as bobotie or braai during your first evening in the city.

After an early breakfast, we depart from Johannesburg at 7:00 AM and begin our journey toward the legendary Kruger National Park region. As we leave the bustling city behind, the landscapes gradually transform into dramatic mountains, lush valleys, and endless panoramas that reveal the natural beauty of northeastern South Africa.
Along the way, we travel through the famous Panorama Route via Graskop, one of the country’s most scenic drives. During the excursion, we will stop at the breathtaking viewpoints of the Blyde River Canyon, considered one of Africa’s greatest natural wonders. We will also admire the spectacular scenery from God's Window, where sweeping views over mountains and fertile lowlands create unforgettable landscapes.
Later, we continue to Bourke's Luck Potholes, fascinating rock formations carved by centuries of swirling water, before heading toward our lodge in the Kruger region for check-in and relaxation after a day filled with extraordinary scenery.
In the evening, you may enjoy dinner at leisure and unwind surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the African bush.
Greca Tip: Keep a light jacket handy during the Panorama Route excursion, as temperatures around the canyon viewpoints can be cooler, especially during the morning hours.

Before sunrise, we begin an unforgettable day in Kruger National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic safari destinations. After an early breakfast, we board our open 4x4 safari vehicle accompanied by an expert ranger and venture deep into the wilderness as the first light illuminates the savannah. During summer, departures begin around 5:30 AM, while winter safaris start at approximately 6:30 AM.
The cool morning hours provide exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities, particularly for spotting predators returning from their nocturnal hunts. As we traverse the park’s diverse landscapes, we will search for the famous Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, rhinoceros, and buffalo—while also encountering giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and countless bird species that inhabit this extraordinary ecosystem.
Midday, we stop at a scenic picnic site or one of the park’s rest camps, where you may enjoy lunch at your own expense while surrounded by the sounds of the African bush. In the afternoon, we continue our safari adventure, discovering new areas of the park and observing wildlife behavior throughout the changing rhythms of the day.
At the end of the excursion, we return to the lodge to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Kruger region.
Greca Tip: Sunrise is one of the best moments for photography in Kruger National Park—the soft golden light creates spectacular conditions for capturing wildlife and landscapes alike.

Following an early breakfast, we once again set out into the untamed landscapes of Kruger National Park for another thrilling full-day safari experience in an open 4x4 vehicle. Accompanied by our experienced ranger, we continue exploring different sectors of the park, each offering unique scenery and opportunities for extraordinary wildlife encounters.
As the savannah comes alive in the early morning light, we may witness elephants gathering near watering holes, herds of buffalo crossing the plains, or elusive leopards resting among the trees. Kruger is also home to rare and fascinating species such as the black rhinoceros, the pangolin, and the roan antelope, making every safari drive a completely different experience.
During the day, we pause for a relaxing break at one of the park’s camps or picnic areas, where lunch will be at your leisure before continuing our exploration through forests, open grasslands, and riverbanks teeming with wildlife.
By late afternoon, we return to the lodge after another extraordinary day immersed in the natural beauty of South Africa’s most famous national park.
Greca Tip: Patience is one of the keys to an unforgettable safari—sometimes the most incredible wildlife sightings happen when you least expect them, so always keep your camera ready.

After breakfast and check-out, we transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport to board our flight to Cape Town, one of the most captivating cities in the world, beautifully framed between mountains and the Atlantic Ocean.
Upon arrival, we meet our local guide and begin a half-day city tour discovering some of Cape Town’s most iconic landmarks and cultural treasures. Our journey starts in the colorful Bo-Kaap neighborhood, famous for its vibrant houses and deep historical roots. Here, we will learn how the Malay community profoundly influenced the city’s culture, cuisine, and traditions, creating one of Cape Town’s most distinctive districts.
We continue through the historic city center and visit the Company’s Gardens, a peaceful green oasis located in the heart of the financial district. Along the way, we discover important cultural landmarks such as the Iziko South African Museum and the Castle of Good Hope, the oldest colonial building in South Africa.
Later, we head toward the spectacular Table Mountain, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. Weather permitting, we ascend by cable car for breathtaking panoramic views over the city, the Atlantic coastline, and Robben Island in Table Bay.
At the end of the excursion, we return to the hotel to relax and enjoy our first evening in Cape Town.
Greca Tip: Sunset in Cape Town can be spectacular—if time allows, consider enjoying a seaside dinner along the Atlantic coast for unforgettable views of the ocean and Table Mountain.

After breakfast at the hotel, you will have the day at leisure to continue enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Cape Town or join an optional full-day excursion to the spectacular Cape Peninsula at an additional cost.
This unforgettable journey follows the breathtaking Atlantic coastline, passing through the elegant seaside neighborhoods of Clifton and Camps Bay, where pristine white-sand beaches contrast beautifully with the dramatic mountain scenery and the deep blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean. Along the route, we arrive at the picturesque fishing village of Hout Bay, a charming harbor town surrounded by magnificent landscapes.
Here, you may choose to enjoy an optional boat trip to Duiker Island, commonly known as Seal Island, or browse the local craft market along the waterfront. The excursion continues along the scenic Chapman's Peak Drive, one of the world’s most spectacular coastal roads, offering extraordinary panoramic viewpoints perfect for photography.
Later, we enter the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, a protected area rich in biodiversity and home to unique Cape Fynbos vegetation, as well as wildlife such as baboons, antelope, zebras, and numerous bird species. After lunch at leisure, you may choose to take the funicular (not included) or enjoy a short walk to the historic lighthouse at Cape Point, where the dramatic meeting point of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans creates unforgettable scenery.
Before returning to the hotel in the late afternoon, we visit the famous penguin colony at Boulders Beach, one of the region’s most beloved natural attractions.
Greca Tip: Bring a windproof jacket during the Cape Peninsula excursion—the coastal weather can change quickly, especially around Cape Point.
