Overall, the service was very good. One suggestion: Hotel Axel 2 feels more like an LGBT+ motel. I traveled with my mom, and they put us in a double bed. The shower and bathroom were transparent, with mirrors on the sides, so you could see everything from the bed. There was no privacy. The room smelled damp and cramped.
