IMPORTANT NOTES:

The excitement of beginning an unforgettable journey awakens the moment your plane lands at Indira Gandhi International Airport. There, a Greca representative will warmly welcome you and accompany you on your transfer to the heart of Delhi, a vibrant city where the ancient and the modern coexist in perfect harmony.
During the morning and afternoon, you will have the rest of the day free to immerse yourself in the first aromas, sounds, and colors of the Indian capital. Picture the bustling markets where spices paint the air with their fragrance, the temples whispering tales of kings and sages, or simply the serenity of watching life unfold from a terrace as the sun slowly sets.
At night, you will rest comfortably in your accommodation in Delhi with breakfast included, recharging your energy to begin exploring this fascinating land the following day.
Greca Tip: We recommend staying well hydrated from the very first day, as Delhi’s climate can be warm and dry. Carrying a bottle of water with you will allow you to enjoy your first experiences in India with greater comfort.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will begin a fascinating exploration of Delhi, a city where centuries of history, ancient traditions, and the vibrant energy of modern India coexist. During our tour, we will discover both Old and New Delhi, visiting some of the city's most iconic landmarks.
We will visit the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi at Raj Ghat, admire the impressive exterior of the Red Fort, and explore the majestic Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in the country. We will continue through the vibrant market of Chandni Chowk, whose narrow streets offer a striking contrast to the wide boulevards of New Delhi. Our journey also includes a visit to the Laxmi Narayan Temple, dedicated to the goddess of prosperity, as well as photo stops at the iconic India Gate and the exterior of Rashtrapati Bhavan, the official residence of the President of India.
Our sightseeing continues at the impressive Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most remarkable monuments in the country. We will also visit the famous Lotus Temple, a masterpiece of modern architecture that welcomes visitors of all faiths.
After completing our visits, we will travel by road to Jaipur, the legendary Pink City and capital of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, we will check in at our hotel and enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at leisure, giving us the opportunity to begin discovering the unique atmosphere of Jaipur, stroll through its surroundings, or simply relax before the activities planned for the following day.
We will spend the night at our hotel in Jaipur, resting and preparing to continue our adventure through India’s famous Golden Triangle.
Greca Tip: Jaipur is known as the “Pink City” because its historic buildings were painted pink in 1876 to welcome the Prince of Wales. The tradition has been preserved ever since and remains one of the city’s most recognizable features.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will dedicate the day to discovering the highlights of Jaipur, the fascinating capital of Rajasthan, where the legacy of the maharajas lives on through magnificent palaces, imposing fortresses, and remarkable historical monuments.
Our first visit will be to the magnificent Amber Fort, located just outside the city. Once the capital of the Kachhwaha clan, this impressive fortress combines white marble and red sandstone, creating one of Rajasthan’s most iconic landmarks. Perched on a hill overlooking Maota Lake, the fort offers spectacular views and an atmosphere that seems straight out of a fairy tale.
In the afternoon, we will continue exploring the historic heart of Jaipur. We will visit the elegant City Palace, the former royal residence and a magnificent example of the fusion between Rajput and Mughal architecture. We will also discover the Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for housing some of the largest and most accurate astronomical instruments ever built. Our tour will also include the iconic Hawa Mahal, or Palace of Winds, whose distinctive façade allowed royal women to observe daily life and ceremonial processions without being seen.
At the end of the day, we will return to our hotel, where we can relax and continue enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Pink City, one of India’s most captivating cultural treasures.
Greca Tip: The Hawa Mahal features more than 900 intricately designed windows that promote natural air circulation, an ingenious architectural solution created to provide relief from Rajasthan’s desert heat.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will depart by road toward Agra, one of India’s most iconic destinations and a city forever linked to the legacy of the Mughal Empire. Upon arrival, we will check in at our hotel before beginning our exploration of this fascinating city, renowned for its architectural treasures and rich cultural heritage.
Often referred to as the City of the Taj, Agra is home to one of the most celebrated monuments in the world: the magnificent Taj Mahal. Built in 1630 by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is widely regarded as the ultimate symbol of love and one of the greatest masterpieces of architecture ever created. Its harmonious proportions, intricate marble craftsmanship, and timeless beauty continue to captivate visitors from around the globe.
Our sightseeing tour will also include the impressive Agra Fort, also known as the Red Fort. This monumental fortress served as a royal residence and strategic stronghold of the Mughal emperors, offering remarkable insight into the power and grandeur of one of India’s most influential dynasties. Beyond its monuments, Agra is also famous for its traditional handicrafts, marble inlay work, and vibrant local markets, which reflect centuries of artistic heritage.
At the end of the day, we will return to our hotel to relax and reflect on the extraordinary history and beauty encountered throughout the day, while preparing for the next stage of our journey through India.
Greca Tip: The Taj Mahal changes its appearance throughout the day, reflecting different shades of light from sunrise to sunset. Many visitors consider the early morning hours the most magical time to admire this architectural masterpiece.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will transfer to the railway station to board the Vande Bharat, one of India’s most modern train services, bound for Varanasi. The journey will take us through the landscapes of northern India as we leave Agra behind and make our way toward one of the country’s most spiritually significant cities.
Upon arrival in Varanasi, we will meet our representative, who will welcome us and accompany us on a private transfer to the hotel. Once there, we will check in and have some time to settle in before beginning to discover the essence of this ancient city.
Located on the banks of the Ganges in the state of Uttar Pradesh, Varanasi is one of the most important pilgrimage centers in Hinduism. Historically known as Banaras, the city is mentioned in great Indian epics such as the Mahabharata and the Ramayana and has been an important center of tradition, knowledge, and spirituality for centuries. Its ghats, the steps leading down to the Ganges, are the setting for numerous rituals that remain an integral part of daily life.
As evening falls, we will enjoy one of the most memorable experiences of our journey with a boat ride along the Ganges. From the water, we will admire the city and its ghats as they prepare for the Aarti ceremony, an ancient ritual dedicated to the sacred river. The glow of the lamps, the chants, and the movements of the worshippers create a deeply spiritual atmosphere that reflects the essence of Varanasi.
After this experience, we will return to the hotel to rest and continue our journey through India the following day.
Greca Tip: For Hindus, the Ganges is not simply a river but a sacred entity. Experiencing the Aarti ceremony from a boat offers a particularly meaningful perspective of this ancient ritual.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will begin the day with a boat ride along the Ganges in the early morning, one of the most special times to experience the spiritual life of Varanasi. As we sail past the ancient ghats, we will observe pilgrims approaching the river to perform their ritual baths, a deeply rooted tradition in Hindu culture and beliefs.
After the boat ride, we will explore the narrow lanes of Varanasi on foot, where we can observe the everyday rhythm of this ancient city. Small shops, temples, and scenes of local life will allow us to experience a more authentic side of Varanasi beyond its major monuments.
We will continue with a sightseeing tour of Varanasi, visiting some of its most important religious and cultural landmarks. We will visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the city’s most revered Hindu shrines, as well as Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, and Bharat Mata Temple. We will also see Alamgir Mosque and Banaras Hindu University, one of India’s most important educational institutions. Depending on the time available, we may also visit the Archaeological Museum.
Throughout the tour, we will discover how the ghats and temples are an inseparable part of Varanasi’s identity, where spirituality extends beyond places of worship and remains deeply woven into everyday life.
At the end of the visits, we will return to the hotel to rest and enjoy our final evening in this fascinating city on the banks of the Ganges.
Greca Tip: Varanasi is considered one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. For Hindu pilgrims, dying here and being cremated along the Ganges represents one of the most sacred paths toward spiritual liberation.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will have some time to get ready before transferring to Varanasi Airport for our flight to Delhi. We will leave behind the banks of the Ganges and the spiritual atmosphere of Varanasi as we return to India’s capital to continue our journey through the country.
Upon arrival in Delhi, we will meet our representative, who will welcome us and accompany us on a private transfer to the hotel. Once there, we will check in and have the remainder of the day at leisure to relax or enjoy the city at our own pace.
We may use this free time to unwind at the hotel after several days of sightseeing, explore the surrounding area independently, or visit some of the markets and local areas that may have caught our attention during our first stay in Delhi. It will also be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy one final afternoon in the capital and observe the fascinating contrast between its historic neighborhoods and the dynamic atmosphere of modern India.
At the end of the day, we will stay at our hotel in Delhi, where we can relax and prepare for the next stage of our journey.
Greca Tip: Delhi brings together two distinct cities in one destination: Old Delhi preserves the legacy of the former Mughal emperors, while New Delhi was designed during the British period as a modern administrative capital.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will have some time to get ready and enjoy the final moments of our journey before transferring to Delhi Airport. At the indicated time, we will transfer to the airport to board our flight to our next destination, taking with us the memories of an experience that has allowed us to discover some of India’s most iconic places, traditions, and landscapes.
Upon arriving at the airport, our journey through India will come to an end. We hope that every stage of the trip, from the vibrant streets of Delhi and the palaces of Jaipur to the majesty of the Taj Mahal and the spirituality of Varanasi, has left a special impression on our memories.
With this final transfer, our experience with Greca will come to an end. We thank you for allowing us to accompany you on this journey through India and hope to welcome you again on a new adventure in the future.
Greca Tip: We recommend arriving at the airport well in advance to allow enough time for check-in and security procedures, especially for international flights. Please note that the standard check-in and check-out time at all hotels is 12:00 noon.
