After your arrival in the star city of the Cote d'azur, Nice, the transfer to the hotel will be carried out by one of our vehicles. The driver will ensure our comfort throughout the journey.
Nice is the largest city on the Côte d'Azur, its spas and beaches attract high-income tourism, just as its walks, museums, nightlife, and magnificent sea views constitute an attraction for tourism. Due to its urban area, it is also the seventh city in France.
Greca Tip: The name “Nice” comes from the Greek term “Nikaia,” which means “victory.” The city was founded by the Greeks in the 4th century BC.

After an exquisite breakfast, you will spend a short time in Nice to enjoy the Promenade des Anglais. It is a famous coastal avenue that was built in the 19th century and takes its name from the English tourists who used to visit the city at that time.
Later you will continue to Saint Maxime, a beautiful small coastal town, to walk through its port and its historic center where the "Square Tower" from the 16th century stands out. From there you will take a tourist boat to cross the beautiful bay and arrive by sea to Saint Tropez, where in its old fishing port you may see some of the most luxurious yachts in the world. Time to walk and have lunch.
You will continue to Marseille, the second city of France. It is the capital of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and is known for its rich history, ancient port, and cultural diversity.
Greca Tip: Marseille is a multicultural city with influences from North Africa and the Mediterranean. This is reflected in their food, with dishes such as bouillabaisse (a local fish soup) and other Mediterranean delicacies.

Today, after breakfast, you will visit some of the most beautiful places in Provence.
The first stop will be Arles, a World Heritage city, which shows us its legacy from Roman and medieval times and reminds us of Van Gogh.
Then you will visit Les Beaux, where you will have the opportunity to get to know this small medieval town we will include the entrance to Carrieres de Lumiere, which is an impressive spectacle of art, image, and sound underground, in some old quarries.
Later there will be time for lunch and a walk in Avignon. This town is famous for being the seat of the papacy during the period known as the "Avignon Captivity" or "Avignon Babylon" (1309-1377). During that time, several popes resided in the city instead of Rome. The Palace of the Popes (Palais des Papes) is a reminder of this period and is an important historical site.
You will continue to Lyon, where you can walk through the old quarter declared a World Heritage Site and you will include the funicular to go up to Notre Dame de Fourviere, an immense basilica from where we have a great view of the city.
Greca Tip: The “Pont Saint-Bénézet,” also known as the Avignon Bridge, is another iconic symbol of the city. It was built in the 12th century and although only a few sections of the bridge remain today, it remains an iconic landmark and tourist attraction.

You will leave Lyon towards Burgundy, after breakfast and make a stop in Tournus, a pleasant small town with its immense stone gate and its great abbey.
After that, we travel to Beaune where you will have time to walk and have lunch. It is one of the most prominent cities in the Burgundy wine region and is known for its rich cultural heritage, medieval architecture, and, above all, for being the center of the region's wine production.
We later visit the Savigny Castle in the center of this wine region, built in the 15th century, housing some extraordinary museums (museum of motorcycles, racing cars, airplanes and helicopters!).
Finally, you will travel to Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, with its lively streets, and the magnificent urban complex with its numerous medieval and Renaissance buildings.
Greca Tip: Dijon is famous for its mustard, which has been produced in the region for centuries.

After a wonderful breakfast, you will leave Dijon towards Fontenay Abbey, a World Heritage Site, we include entrance to this center of the Cistercian order. After that, you will visit Semur en Auxois, which is a medieval city surrounded by impressive walls.
Even in Burgundy, you will have time to have lunch and walk in Vezelay, one of the most beautiful towns in France that is recognized since its immense basilica was one of the starting points of the Camino de Santiago (Way of St James).
In the afternoon you are going to continue your route towards Paris, where you will arrive in the middle of the afternoon.
Greca Tip: Semur-en-Auxois has several historic churches, including the Church of Notre Dame, which dates back to the 13th century. This church features impressive Gothic architecture and is an important religious site.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will begin a captivating day by immersing ourselves in the grandeur of Versailles, exploring its rich French history and admiring the beauty of its world-famous gardens (admission not included). As we walk through these regal landscapes, we will feel transported to an era of opulence and royal splendor.
Upon returning to Paris, we will make our way to the enchanting district of Montmartre, a bohemian haven known for its artists, painters, and lively cabarets. Its winding streets and creative atmosphere invite us to discover why this hilltop village has inspired generations of creators. Later, accompanied by a local guide, we will enjoy a panoramic city tour highlighting the elegance of Paris: its grand avenues, monumental squares, and timeless architectural icons.
At the end of the day we will return to the hotel to rest. We will then unwind in an atmosphere designed for comfort and serenity. For those who wish, an optional evening variety show will be available.
Greca Tip: For a magical Parisian moment, pause at a Montmartre café and try a classic crème brûlée while enjoying the views of the city below—an unforgettable treat in the artistic heart of Paris.

After a wonderful breakfast, you will have the day free to explore the city.
Paris is a blow to the aesthetic senses, when you stand in front of the Louvre for example or the Arc de Triomphe, you wonder where they got the courage and inspiration to build such monuments.
The famous Eiffel Tower and the Sacre Coeur are expressions of enormous ego but also of laudable generosity. They didn't make things simple, they put a lot of effort into it, proving that viewers deserve the best. Once again, Henry James's phrase is proven: "Paris is the greatest temple ever built for material pleasures and visual sensuality."
It is worth taking a walk through the Tuileries: elegant squares, gardens, and galleries that give this area of Paris its special character.
This area of Paris has the Louvre Museum as its main property. Residence of the French kings for four centuries, and today it is a museum with one of the most wonderful art collections in the world. Completely visiting this museum can take two days, it is recommended to make a selection of the rooms to visit since otherwise you will lose track of time inside it.
Don't miss: The Mona Lisa, The Victory of Samothrace, Delacroix's paintings about the French Revolution the Greek sculpture room, and the Egyptian sector. Then, in front of the museum, the Palais Royal, which during the 17th century was the setting for debauchery and gambling meetings. Today its garden is a refuge from the city, lined with restaurants and art galleries.
Greca Tip: In step 1 of the reservation, you can add tickets to visit the most iconic attractions in the city.

After a wonderful breakfast, our transfer will take you to the airport to board your next destination.
Without a doubt, and after spending some fantastic days with Greca, we hope to see him soon to forge new and emotional moments that will never leave his memory.
