Rome, Venice & Florence by train in 7 days

Upon arrival in the Eternal City, we will make our own way to our hotel in the center of Rome to relax and begin our Italian adventure.

The rest of the day will be free to explore one of the most historic metropolises on the planet.

Greca Tip: If you are arriving at Fiumicino, we recommend taking the Leonardo Express, which connects the airport to the center of Rome in just 30 minutes.

After breakfast you will move on our own to Roma Termini station to board the high speed train to Venice.

After a trip of approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes, you will arrive at the Santa Lucia station. From there, you will make your own way to the hotel where you will rest, located near the station.

Venice is the capital of the Veneto region and the province of the same name. Its historic center, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is located on a group of islands in the Venetian Lagoon, north of the Adriatic Sea. Its geographical particularity, as well as its millenary history and its rich monumental and artistic heritage, have made Venice one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world.

After a tasty breakfast, we will have the day free to walk on our own in this impressive city.

Venice is a fascinating maze of narrow streets, enchanting squares, elegant palaces, and imposing churches. Knowing it on foot we will make sure not to miss any of the most emblematic places that marked the history of the city. It is the ideal tour for both art lovers and first-time visitors to the city.

Tip Greca: you can take advantage of this day and visita Burano , Murano and Torcello 

After a delicious breakfast, you will make your way to the Venice train station, Santa Lucia. From there you will travel on a high-speed train to the city that was the epicenter of the Renaissance, Florence.

Florence is a city that has kept its charm and splendor of the past unchanged. The capital of Tuscany is a city that never stops to amaze.

After a trip of a little more than 2 hours, you will arrive in Florence and you will walk to your hotel, located near the Santa Maria Novella train station. 

Greca Tip: In the afternoon, you can start enjoying Florence at your own pace, and do not forget to taste the delicious Italian gelato in one of the high-quality ice cream parlors along the old bridge.

After a tasty breakfast we will have the morning and afternoon free to explore this wonderful city of art.

Florence can only be defined in one way, and that is "the City of Art". Firenze, as the Italians call it, is a small cultural metropolis that offers visitors the best museums and art galleries in their respective fields.

Tip Greca: Florence was the home of numerous illustrious and important figures for the evolution of Italian history. The two best examples are Leonardo (who was born in a nearby town, Vinci) and Dante, the father of literature and of the Italian language as we know it

After breakfast, we will transfer on our own to the Florence train station to board the train to Rome. Arrival in Rome and transfer on your own to the hotel, free afternoon to continue enjoying Rome 

Greca Tip: The city of Rome has more than 2000 fountains of various shapes and sizes. Although some are drinkable water, many others are not, so we advise you not to push your luck unless it is clearly indicated that it is safe to drink.

After breakfast and at the time indicated, you will be transferred to Rome airport to board your departure flight.
