Welcome to your tour with Greca! Upon arrival, we will provide your transfer to the hotel. You’ll have free time to relax or begin exploring this charming city at your own pace.
In the afternoon, please check the information boards at the hotel reception for details about the start of your tour and meeting times with your guide.
Greca Tip: If time allows, take a stroll along the Nidelva River and visit Bakklandet, a historic district filled with colorful wooden houses, cozy cafés, and an authentic local atmosphere. It’s the perfect way to start immersing yourself in Norwegian culture.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we will have some time to explore the historic center of Trondheim at our own pace. This charming city boasts a rich heritage that dates back to the Viking era.
Later in the morning, we will continue our journey westward, entering a coastal region of breathtaking landscapes, where majestic fjords stretch toward the Norwegian Sea. Along the way, we will cross one of these fjords by ferry, taking in unforgettable panoramic views.
Our next stop will be in Kristiansund, a town spread across several islands connected by bridges and causeways. Known for its stunning natural setting and long-standing fishing tradition, this city offers a delightful center with cobbled streets, small shops, restaurants, and cozy cafés. You will have time to stroll around and enjoy lunch at your leisure.
We will then continue our route through rolling green hills and scenic fjords until we reach the Kvernes Stave Church, a 14th-century wooden church (entrance included). This remarkable site features a beautifully detailed altarpiece dedicated to the Virgin Mary and a valuable 300-year-old ship model.
Next, we will drive along the striking Atlantic Road, one of the most scenic routes in all of Norway. This stretch links small islets with eight gracefully curved bridges that wind above the ocean. We will stop at a viewpoint to fully appreciate the dramatic seascape.
We will arrive in Molde at the end of the day. This peaceful coastal town, nestled by a picturesque fjord, is renowned for its relaxed atmosphere, lush gardens, and its popularity as a port of call for cruise ships.
Greca Tip: While in Molde, don’t miss the chance to try klippfisk, a traditional Norwegian dried and salted cod dish. Often served in stews or grilled, it’s a delicious local specialty that reflects the region’s deep-rooted fishing culture.

After enjoying a full breakfast at the hotel, we prepare for an unforgettable day filled with breathtaking landscapes of fjords, mountains, and glaciers. This stage of our journey will take us through some of the most beautiful corners of Norway.
We will begin by boarding a ferry to cross the Romsdal Fjord, a scenic 50-minute journey that allows us to admire the vast natural surroundings. We then continue ascending through snow-covered mountains before descending toward the Storfjorden Fjord, where the views continue to amaze us.
We will board another ferry—this time for about 30 minutes—and travel through snowcapped peaks until we reach the impressive Eagle's Viewpoint, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Geiranger Fjord, considered one of the most stunning in the world and designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We will arrive in the charming town of Geiranger, where you will have free time. You may choose to take a boat ride along the fjord, walk beside its impressive waterfalls, or simply relax in this dreamlike setting.
After lunch, we’ll resume our route through dramatic mountain and valley scenery until reaching the Briksdalsbreen Glacier, one of the most accessible and famous in Norway. There, we will have time to approach the glacier's base, either on foot or by electric vehicle (optional activity).
At the end of the day, we head to Loen, a peaceful village nestled by a fjord, where we’ll enjoy an included dinner and overnight stay. This town is also known for having one of the steepest cable cars in the world, which climbs from the fjord level to over 1,000 meters in altitude.
Greca Tip: Today, we recommend trying rømmegrøt, a traditional Norwegian dish made with sour cream, and served with sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Perfect for the mountain climate, it’s a comforting treat that reflects the culinary heritage of the region.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we begin our day with an early departure towards Bergen. We have less than 300 km ahead of us, following yet another scenic route that will captivate us with its breathtaking landscapes: we will travel along the edges of majestic fjords, cross mountain ranges, and take a ferry that will offer us the chance to admire the surroundings from the water.
We will arrive in Bergen around lunchtime. This city, the second largest in Norway, is surrounded by mountains and fjords, making it a true postcard destination. We include the ascent by funicular to Mount Fløyen, where we will enjoy an impressive panoramic view over the city and its harbor.
Afterwards, you will have free time to explore at your own pace. We recommend strolling through Bryggen, the historic wharf district with its colorful wooden buildings, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you prefer, you may also visit the Aquarium or soak up the lively atmosphere at the fish market, filled with small restaurants and fresh local seafood.
Greca Tip: Don’t leave Bergen without trying rakfisk, a traditional Norwegian fermented fish. Its flavor is strong and distinctive, but it's a true delicacy for those who wish to experience the most authentic local cuisine.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will depart early from Bergen and head inland toward the heart of Norway. Our route will take us across the spectacular Hardanger Bridge, a stunning suspension bridge spanning the Hardangerfjord, widely considered one of the most beautiful in the country.
Our first stop will be in Eidfjord, a charming small town nestled at the edge of the fjord, ideal for taking in the tranquil scenery. We will then continue to Vøringsfossen, regarded as the most spectacular waterfall in Norway, with a dramatic drop of 182 meters. We will walk along its scenic viewpoints and bridges suspended over the abyss, an unforgettable experience.
The journey continues through breathtaking highland landscapes: remote plateaus, frozen lakes (for much of the year), and snow patches will accompany us on the way to Geilo, a well-known ski resort where we’ll take a break and have time for lunch.
In the afternoon, we will resume our journey to Oslo, arriving in the mid-afternoon. We suggest taking a walk through its vibrant city center, exploring the old harbor area, and visiting the rooftop terrace of the modern Opera House, which offers panoramic views of the city and fjord.
Greca Tip: In Geilo or Oslo, try a warm bowl of fårikål, Norway’s national dish made of lamb and cabbage. Hearty and flavorful, it’s perfect for warming up after a day among the mountains and fjords.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will begin our day with a panoramic tour of Oslo, Norway’s capital, nestled among beautiful fjords and forests and often praised as one of Europe’s greenest cities. With the guidance of a local expert, we will see highlights such as the Royal Palace, the iconic Vigeland Sculpture Park, the striking exterior of the City Hall, the historic harbor area, and the avant-garde Opera House.
Once the tour concludes, we recommend visiting one of Oslo’s exceptional museums—such as the Munch Museum, which houses the works of the famous Norwegian painter. The rest of the afternoon will be free for you to continue discovering this vibrant city at your own pace.
Greca Tip: For a scenic break, head to the Aker Brygge waterfront. This lively district offers great views of the Oslofjord, charming cafés, and a relaxed atmosphere—perfect for soaking in the local vibe.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will transfer to the airport for your departure flight. Our services will conclude, marking the end of this incredible journey through Scandinavia.
We hope to have created unforgettable memories for you, filled with unique landscapes, cultural richness, and meaningful moments with Greca.
If you wish to extend your stay in Oslo and continue exploring the charm of the Norwegian capital at your own pace, you may add extra nights when making your reservation. It's a great opportunity to enjoy even more of this beautiful city.
Greca Tip: If you have a few extra hours before your departure, consider visiting the Fram Museum, where you can explore a real polar exploration ship and discover the adventurous legacy of Norway’s polar explorers.
