7 days Tour to Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona

Breakfast will introduce us to a day dedicated to discovering Lisbon, a city shaped by its hills, Atlantic light and centuries of maritime history. During our sightseeing tour, we will explore the Portuguese capital through its characteristic neighborhoods, narrow streets and colorful tiled façades, while discovering the cultural identity behind the Portuguese feeling of saudade.

We will also visit Belém, the historic district from which Portuguese navigators set sail during the Age of Discoveries in the 15th century. Its monuments and riverside setting recall the period when Lisbon became one of Europe’s great gateways to the world. The afternoon will be free to continue exploring at our own pace. We may walk through Bairro Alto, enjoy its lively atmosphere and viewpoints, or choose an optional excursion to Sintra, Cascais and Estoril, three destinations that offer a different perspective on the region.

In the evening, we will make our way back from Restauradores Square, to our accomodation.

Today, after a complete breakfast, We’ll depart from Portugal early, crossing the picturesque region of Alentejo. We’ll stop for a coffee in Estremoz, a charming town with a medieval castle, cobblestone streets, beautiful architecture, and a peaceful atmosphere that embody the Portuguese identity. Continuing our journey towards Spain, we’ll arrive in Cáceres, where you can enjoy lunch and a stroll through its historic center—an exceptionally well-preserved medieval and Renaissance urban complex.

Last stop from the day will be Madrid where you will be arriving towards the end of the day. Once there will be possible to catch a transfer to Plaza Mayor where you can enjoy at some typical taverns.

Madrid is a city steeped in history and culture, with vibrant streets brimming with energy. It's famous for its impressive monuments, beautiful fountains, world-class museums, stunning architecture, delightful parks and squares, and so much more.

Greca Tip: Don't miss the opportunity to try a Bocata de calamar, it's a fried calamari ring sandwich.

After enjoying our breakfast, we will begin an inspiring exploration of Madrid, discovering the vibrant heart of the Spanish capital. Our panoramic tour will guide us through its most emblematic avenues and squares, including Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, Puerta de Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and the lively Plaza Mayor, each reflecting the city’s rich cultural heritage and elegant urban charm.

We will then stroll through the serene pathways of Retiro Park, a treasured oasis in the city center. Here, we’ll admire its tranquil lake and the shimmering Crystal Palace, two of the park’s most iconic landmarks. The morning continues with an exciting visit to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (admission included), home to Real Madrid—regarded by many as the greatest football club in the world. Walking through its stands, halls, and museum offers a thrilling look into football history.

You’ll have the rest of the afternoon free to enjoy Madrid at your own pace, whether exploring museums, savoring tapas, or discovering hidden corners of the city. In the evening, we will return to the hotel to rest after a memorable day.

Greca Tip: If you have extra time, stroll down Gran Vía at sunset—the mix of glowing lights and classic architecture creates one of Madrid’s most magical atmospheres.

After breakfast, we'll leave Madrid behind and travel through the historic lands of Castile toward Aragon, where our first stop will be Zaragoza. Here, we'll admire the impressive Cathedral-Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, one of the city's most recognizable landmarks and an important symbol of its religious and cultural heritage.

We'll then continue toward Poblet Abbey, a peaceful medieval monastery surrounded by the landscapes of Catalonia. With its remarkable architecture and centuries of history, it offers a glimpse into the region's religious past. Tickets are included for our visit.

Finally, we'll continue to Barcelona, arriving in the evening and bringing our journey across Spain to a close.

Greca Tip: In Zaragoza, take a moment to appreciate the distinctive architecture of the Basilica and its setting along the Ebro River.

After breakfast, we will set out to discover Barcelona on a panoramic tour of the City of Counts, a dynamic Mediterranean destination where history, art, and modern life come together. As we explore the city, we will encounter some of its most emblematic sights and learn about the influences that have shaped its unique identity.

Barcelona is particularly famous for the extraordinary modernist architecture of Antoni Gaudí, whose imaginative creations transformed the urban landscape and became an unmistakable symbol of the city. We will also see the lively Ramblas, one of Barcelona's best-known avenues, and discover the legacy of major international events such as the Universal Exposition and the Olympic Games, which played an important role in the city's evolution.

The afternoon will be free to enjoy Barcelona at our own pace, whether strolling through its streets, relaxing by the Mediterranean, or discovering more of its vibrant atmosphere.

You will be transferred to the Barcelona Airport-El Prat at the agreed time.
