Package Tour Itinerary: Eudaimonia

After your arrival in the mythical city of Athens, the transfer to your hotel will be conducted in one of our private vehicles. A member of our English speaking team will meet you at your hotel, help you with the check-in, inform you of all the details of your trip, introduce you to the city and its everyday way of life and answer any questions you may have. The rest of the day will be free for you to relax and enjoy Athens at your own pace.
Greca Tip: Extend your stay by adding more nights during Step 1 of 3 of your booking!

After your breakfast and, at the agreed time, you will commence the panoramic tour of the Athenian Neoclassical Center: the Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the University, the Library, and National Academy, the Ilion Palace, the Temple of Zeus and Hadrian's Gate, the Panathenaic Stadium, and many other monuments and sites of great interest. You will learn all there is to know about their history and background from the licensed English-speaking Tour Guide accompanying you on this tour.
Your next stop will be the "sacred rock", the spectacular, unique and magnificent Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum. The entrance fee to both sites is included. At the end of the visit, you can either choose to return to your hotel or set out on your own adventure through the charming and picturesque streets of Plaka.
In the evening, we have included a guided walking tour that will take you through the prettiest districts of the capital, such as Anafiotika, Thissio, Monastiraki, and Plaka.
Greca Tip: In Plaka look for something alluring, like ceramics, musical instruments, handmade jewelry to specialty food shops stacked high with olives and spices.

Early in the morning, your assistant will transfer you in one of our private vehicles to the port of Piraeus, where you will board the ferry to the fascinating island of Folegandros.
Upon your arrival, one of our representatives will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel and offer some useful advice about what you could do during your stay in the island. The rest of the day will be free to start enjoying, what many travelers consider the best-kept secret of the Greek Islands, this small, only 11-kilometer long island, from start to finish.
Greca Tip: In the afternoon, we suggest that you make your way from Chora to the church of Panagia of Folegandros. It is a steep climb, but it will not take more than 15 minutes and you are bound to enjoy the beautiful views.

After an exquisite breakfast, you will be able to start enjoying this incredible Cycladic island. We suggest that you visit the oldest and most distinctive area of Folegandros first, Kastro, the old city center, which can be accessed from the town square. It consists of three streets full of old houses painted in white, with bright blue-painted windows and railings.
We recommend visiting Agali Beach, one of the best on the island, which can be accessed through a country road.
Greca Tip: From the church, that is on the way to Fira Beach, you can marvel at the beautiful sunset, but do not relax too much there, as the return path is not lit up.

After a tasty breakfast, appreciating life like a Greek, your driver will pick you up at the agreed time to transfer you to the port of Folegandros, where you will continue on to your next destination, the island, which is an inexhaustible source of inspiration, Santorini. Approaching the island, you will have the opportunity to admire the capital city of Fira, with its white houses overhanging the cliffside and facing the volcano.
Upon your arrival, one of our English-speaking representatives will be waiting for you at the port to welcome you, escort you to your hotel and comment a little more on the attractions of this picturesque island. The rest of the day is free for you to wander through the narrow streets and become part of this amazing world.
Greca Tip: Sit back and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world from one of the coffee shops in the glamorous Oia.

Free day to explore, at your own pace, this magical island, considered to be the lost continent of Atlantis. The name of the island was given by the Venetian Giacomo Barozzi due to the presence of a chapel dedicated to Saint Eirini. His descendants remained until 1576, when the island became part of the Duchy of Naxos and until the Turkish conquest by Piyale Pasha.
Optionally, you may choose to go on a dazzling sailboat tour that will take you over to the small islands of the caldera, Nea and Palea Kameni, with the hot springs of green and yellow waters.
Greca Tip: On this free day, we recommend exploring the island, tasting its wine and its excellent local cuisine. We cannot miss tasting the tomatokeftedes (a kind of tomato balls), the fava dishes (a vegetable smaller than a pea) and the cheese called Chloro.

At the agreed time, you will be transferred to the airport of Athens where you will board the plane.
Having spent a few fantastic days with Greca, we hope to see you again soon to create more extraordinary moments that will be lovingly etched in your memory forever.
Have a nice trip! or as the Greeks say: Kalo taksidi!
Optionally you can add more nights in Santorini during step 1 of 3 of your reservation.
Greca Tip: As a going away gift you can buy a bottle of the indigenous wine varieties of Santorini, such as Assyrtiko, Aidani & Mavrotragano.
