After your arrival in the capital of Jordan, a person from our English-speaking team will be waiting to assist you and inform all the details of your trip and clear up any type of doubt or query you may have, as well as give you a brief presentation of the city and its day to day. The transfer to the hotel in Amman will be made by one of our private air-conditioned vehicles.

At the hotel, your assistant will help you with the registration. The rest of the day will be to relax and start enjoying the hotel's comforts.

AMMAN - MADABA - MOUNT NEBO - KARAK OR SHOBAK - PETRA

After a nourishing breakfast at the hotel, we set out on a journey through the heart of Jordan, where history and legend intertwine. Our first stop is Madaba, the “City of Mosaics,” where the remarkable mosaic map of the Holy Land, crafted in 571 A.D., awaits in the Saint George Church a vivid window into the region’s ancient geography and artistry.

Next, ascend to Mount Nebo, revered as the site of Moses’ tomb. From this sacred vantage point, marvel at the sweeping panorama of the Jordan Valley, and explore the serene Franciscan Church, a place steeped in spiritual resonance. Continuing along the historic King’s Highway, once part of the Silk Road that carried silk, spices, and perfumes across lands, we pause at Karak or Shobak, where a formidable fortress built by the Crusaders between 1110 and 1143 stands proudly a testament to the region’s turbulent past and later captured by Saladin.

As the day draws to a close, we arrive in the rose-red city of Petra, where ancient wonders await. Enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel, followed by a restful night immersed in the magic of this legendary destination.

Tip Greca: Bring comfortable walking shoes and a hat for exploring Petra; the early morning light reveals the city’s carvings in the most breathtaking glow.

After a hearty breakfast at the hotel, prepare to step into a world of wonder as we explore the Nabatean city of Petra, the rose-red jewel of Jordan and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Carved from solid rock over 2,000 years ago, this city’s grandeur has captivated travelers and filmmakers alike, even serving as a backdrop for Indiana Jones.

We begin our journey through the dramatic Siq, a 1.2-kilometer narrow gorge that gradually opens to reveal the breathtaking Treasury (El Khazneh), its intricate façade seemingly glowing in the morning light. Strolling further, discover Petra’s remarkable monuments: the ancient Theatre, the Byzantine Church, and the Royal Tombs, each echoing stories of a civilization long past. For the adventurous, ascending to the Monastery or the Altar of Sacrifice offers stunning perspectives, though these climbs are optional and at your own pace. Time permitting, visit the Petra Museum to deepen your understanding of the city’s rich history and artistry.

Return to the hotel to relax and enjoy a sumptuous dinner, reflecting on the day’s awe-inspiring encounters with Petra’s timeless beauty.

Tip Greca: Begin your Petra exploration early in the morning to witness the Treasury bathed in the soft sunrise glow and to avoid the crowds for the most magical experience.

After a nourishing breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the otherworldly landscapes of Wadi Rum, the vast red desert immortalized in films such as Lawrence of Arabia, The Martian, and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. Towering granite mountains rise dramatically from the golden-red sands, creating a scene of awe-inspiring beauty. Experience the desert on a thrilling 2-hour 4x4 tour, weaving through valleys, natural arches, and striking rock formations—a panorama that feels both timeless and cinematic.

From there, we continue to Aqaba, a coastal gem on the Red Sea. Enjoy some free time to stroll through the city or relax by the beach (entrance not included), savoring the tranquil seaside atmosphere. Later, we journey back to Amman, arriving in the evening to a welcoming dinner at the hotel, where you can reflect on the day’s adventures across desert, sea, and history.

Tip Greca: Bring a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water for the Wadi Rum excursion, and don’t forget your camera—the desert’s light and colors create unforgettable photographic moments.

After a tasty breakfast you will make a panoramic visit to the modern and ancient city of Amman, the capital of Jordan and the commercial, industrial and administrative center of the country. You will visit the center of the modern area and enjoy the views from the Citadel.

Next you will visit the Roman Theater, built in the 2nd century and with a capacity for 6,000 people, the Traditional Markets, a place where you can find anything you can imagine, churches, mosques, and residential neighborhoods.

Next you will go to Jerash, one of the best preserved cities of the Roman Empire outside of Italy where we will travel back in time through its streets, theaters, temples and squares. Among its monuments, the Great Colonnade, the Arc de Triomphe, the Oval Square and the Temples of Zeus and Artemis stand out.

Then you will go to the lowest place on earth, the Dead Sea and the Moab desert, the first natural spa in the world. You will have free time to take a bath in its healing waters, an inexplicable experience.

Return to Amman to stay and have dinner at the hotel.

You will enjoy the breakfast and, at the indicated time, transfer to the Amman airport to board your departure flight.
