After arriving at Paphos airport, one of our cars will be waiting for you to drive you comfortably to the hotel.

The rest of the day will be free to enjoy this beautiful part of the island.

Paphos is a historic city located on the southwestern coast of Cyprus, an island nation in the Eastern Mediterranean. It is one of the major cities on the island and has a rich history dating back thousands of years.

Greca Tip: The city hosts various cultural events and festivals throughout the year. The Paphos Aphrodite Festival is a notable annual event featuring performances of famous operas in the open-air setting of the Paphos Castle.

Once breakfast is done the day will be free to visit the city at your peace.

Stroll through the charming streets of Paphos Old Town, where you can explore traditional Cypriot architecture and quaint shops. 

Another place that you can't visit is Paphos Castle (also known as Paphos Fort), which is located at the entrance to the harbor. The castle has a rich history and offers picturesque views of the harbor and the sea.

Tip Greca: Take a stroll along the Paphos Promenade. This is a great way to end your day, as you can enjoy the evening breeze, watch the sunset, and take in the beautiful views of the harbor.

After having a delicious breakfast, at the agreed time, we will be picked up and transfered to Paphos Harbor to board the ship.

On this four-hour cruise, you can relax and see Cyprus from a whole new perspective. You'll sail into Ricco Bay aboard a four-deck family megayacht with a slide and a glass bottom. All of this was topped off with a buffet lunch and a swimming stop.

Once you are back from the cruise the rest of the evening will be free to walk around the city.

Greca Tip: Cyprus, in general, has a unique culinary tradition influenced by Mediterranean, Greek, and Middle Eastern cuisines. Paphos offers a wide range of dining options, with seafood being a prominent feature on many menus. Traditional dishes like souvlaki, moussaka, and halloumi cheese are also readily available.

After a delicious and complete breakfast, one of our transfers will pick you up to start the tour to the Troodos.

Rustic stone villages dot wooded valleys where the traditional way of life still prevails. This tour will take you to the spiritual heart of the highlands, Kykkos Monastery, and Throni Hill. The lengend tells "The Kykkos icon of the Virgin Mary is considered miraculous, so at least once a year it is important for Cypriots to visit the church."

As you delve deeper into Troodos, you'll find lush landscapes that contrast with the arid coastline. After a coffee in the town of Eledio, you arrive at the star of the show, the Kykkos monastery. Perched on Mount Kykkos, it is packed with religious treasures, and you won't be able to take your eyes off the gilded icons and frescoes, except for the icon of the Virgin Mary. The last time it was seen was hundreds of years ago. You will also have free time to walk around the grounds and enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains. Furthermore, your visit contributes to the conservation of this important heritage.

Next, you will visit the tomb of Archbishop Makarios III at the top of the hill. Magnificent views will welcome you before you descend to the village of Pedoulas. Here you will enjoy a typical Cypriot lunch made with local ingredients in a family restaurant. There will be time for an optional walk to the richly decorated Orthodox Church of the Holy Cross, and then you will return with a coffee stop at Pano Platres.

Once you finish, return to the hotel.

Greca Tip: Cover shoulders and knees when visiting religious buildings is mandatory.

After breakfast and at the agreed time, our driver will transfer you to the Airport of Paphos to board your international flight back home or to your next destination.
