The tour was good in general, good guides, punctuality and quality in transportation. I rate 3 stars precisely because of Napoli. It is a dirty city, with flies, very ruined, the hotel was uncomfortable. The street gives a certain insecurity. It seems to me that the departure from Sorrento would be better.
Although Naples has a reputation as an unsafe city, you just have to be careful and act with common sense to enjoy this magnificent city one hundred percent, like the rest of the great cities in the world.
