After your arrival at the Lisbon International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel.
The rest of the day will be to relax and begin to enjoy the capital of Portugal, a breathtaking city with beautiful streets, monumental buildings, and a gastronomy that will not disappoint you.
Lisbon is a city where you feel safe wandering around day or night, where the cuisine is dedicated to creating over a thousand ways to cook the beloved bacalhau (salted cod). Lisbon is a city full of authenticity, where old customs and ancient history intermix with cultural entertainment and hi-tech innovation.
Besides, is one of the most vibrant and welcoming cities in Western Europe. Its hills are dazzling by the multiplicity of colors that paint the facades of the houses, as well as by its castles and medieval buildings.
Greca Tip: Lisbon is probably best known for its colonialist history, ornate architecture, and tradition of Fado music. But some of its best features are in the everyday spectacular hilltop views in Alfama or at St. George's Castle, pleasant year-round weather, and friendly locals.

You will enjoy a tasty breakfast, and then you will have the day off to continue discovering the city.
Lisbon enjoys an incredible historical and cultural atmosphere. Its fame, in part, comes from the houses decorated in pastel tones and from the network of winding and steep cobbled streets. But the Portuguese capital is also a modern, vibrant, and compact city. Regardless of the reason for your visit, whether you're looking for a city break or want to go to the beach, you'll find something that suits your needs.
Besides, Lisbon also has a wide variety of nightlife options, from quiet and friendly dinners in restaurants with street terraces to other more lively ways to spend the night.
In case you want to know a little more, you can choose to take the train and go to the coastal city of Cascais, located 40 minutes from Lisbon.
This traditional fishing town is located on the coastline and historically, it was chosen by the Portuguese nobility to spend their vacations, so walking through its center we will find luxurious mansions, an imposing fortress, and fascinating museums.
Greca Tip: If you wish, you can optionally book a ticket to a Fado show, known as Portuguese popular and historical music.

After breakfast, we will head towards the city of Fatima.
Fatima is a central city in Portugal where the Sanctuary of Fatima is located, a Catholic pilgrimage site. The Capelinha das Aparições marks the place where it is believed that the Virgin Mary appeared in 1917.
Other sacred sites include the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary, with its golden angels, and the modern church Igreja da Santíssima Trinidade. The Museum of Sacred Art and Ethnology displays religious objects.
The afternoon will be free to start enjoying the city at our own pace.
Greca Tip: Very close to Fatima, we will find the Medieval Village of Ourem, which, together with its castle, is a worthy attraction to visit.

After breakfast, we will have the day free to enjoy this holy city.
We can choose to visit its sanctuary or take the opportunity to explore nearby attractions, such as the Natural Park of Serra de Aire e Candeeiros.
It is one of the largest protected natural areas in Portugal. It covers a rugged and steep area of over 38 thousand hectares, spanning the municipalities of Alcobaça and Porto de Mós in the central region of the country.
Another option could be the Monastery of Batalha, located about half an hour away from Fatima.
It's a fantastic Gothic-style building dating back to the 14th century, and the visit includes the church, the cloister, the royal tombs, and an exhibition area. A little further south, we also find the 12th-century Alcobaça Cistercian Monastery, which hides the legend of love between King Pedro I and his beloved Inês.
Greca Tip: May 13th and October 13th are the major pilgrimage days in Fatima. On the previous night, a beautiful candlelight procession is celebrated.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel, our tour will come to an end, hopefully filled with unforgettable memories!
After spending fantastic days with Greca, we look forward to seeing you again to continue enjoying wonderful moments that will stay with you forever.
Have a good trip! Or, as you would say yourself, "Boa Viagem!"
