After your arrival in Florence, you will go to the car rental office to pick up the vehicle, go to the accommodation and begin your trip through Tuscany.

Florence is the urban center where the Renaissance originated in the second half of the 14th century, and is considered one of the world's cradles of art and architecture as well as one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Its historic center has been a World Heritage Site since 1982.

After breakfast, you will have a free day to visit Florence.

We recommend the optional tour to the Accademia Gallery Art, history, and culture run through the veins of Florence. In 1748, to encourage the study and practice of art, the Grand Duke Peter Leopold founded the Galleria dell'Accademia, now known as the Accademia Gallery.

The practical teaching school was equipped with a wide variety of art supplies, including plaster, paint, models, and canvas, along with old paintings and models. This move launched artists like Jacopo di Cione and Bernardo Daddi into the spotlight, right in the leagues of famous artists like Michelangelo and Giotto.

Today, the Accademia Gallery is one of the most visited museums in Florence.

You will have the option of driving about 90 km to see Pisa, it is famous throughout the world for its emblematic Leaning Tower. However, there is much more to see and do in this charming city than the famous tower. You will discover:

• Pisa Cathedral: Along with the Leaning Tower, Pisa Cathedral is another highlight in Piazza del Duomo. It is a magnificent example of Romanesque architecture with a rich history and beautiful architectural details both inside and out.
• Pisa Baptistery: This baptistery, also located in Piazza del Duomo, is one of the largest in Italy. Its magnificent acoustics are famous around the world, and many visitors enjoy experiencing the echo while inside.
• Monumental Cemetery: Known as the Monumental Cemetery, this place houses an impressive collection of sarcophagi, tombs and ancient sculptures. It is said that the soil of the cemetery is sacred soil brought from the Holy Land during the Crusades.

Additionally, the city is known for its delicious Tuscan food, including dishes such as ribollita (a bread and vegetable soup), bistecca alla fiorentina (a grilled cut of meat), and the region's wines.

You will have the option of driving about 100 kilometers to get to know Siena and on the way you will be able to make a stop in San Gimignano.

Siena, another incredible city located in the Tuscany region of Italy, is known for its rich history and stunning medieval architecture.

Some of the places that we can visit are the Piazza del Campo, it is the central square and the heart of Siena and is considered one of the most impressive medieval squares in Europe. It is known for its unique shell shape, its red brick pavement and its civic tower, the Palazzo Pubblico, which houses the famous fresco of "The Allegory of Good and Bad Government" by Ambrogio Lorenzetti.

Also the Siena Cathedral (Duomo di Siena) which is a masterpiece of Italian Gothic art and one of the main attractions of the city. Its façade is adorned with impressive sculptures and mosaics, and its interior houses artistic treasures such as the Piccolomini Library, with frescoes by Pinturicchio, and the Baptistery Chapel with the famous frescoes of the Life of Saint John the Baptist by Jacopo della Quercia.

In San Gimignano the highlight of the medieval city are the Towers, which used to be symbols of status and power of wealthy families during the Middle Ages. Although there were originally around 72 towers, only 14 of them remain today. The tallest is the Rognosa Tower, which offers stunning panoramic views of the city and its surroundings.

Another feature of the city is the historic center which is a labyrinth of cobbled streets and charming squares. Walking through the narrow medieval streets and discovering the old churches, palaces and stately homes is the best option to get to know the city.

Greca Tip: Visit a winery in San Gimignano. The city is known for its excellent wine production, especially the famous Vernaccia di San Gimignano, a dry and fruity white wine.

After the delicious breakfast, you will return the rental vehicle to end the adventure through Italy at your own pace.
