Lisbon is Portugal’s coastal, hilly capital. From the impressive São Jorge Castle, you can enjoy sweeping views over the pastel-colored buildings of the old city, the Tagus River estuary, and the iconic 25th of April Bridge.

Nearby, you’ll find the National Tile Museum, which showcases five centuries of decorative ceramic tiles. Just outside of Lisbon, a stretch of Atlantic beaches awaits you, from Cascais to Estoril.

Greca Tip: A great way to start your stay is by tasting one of Lisbon’s most famous sweet treats: the Pastel de Belém. While you’ll find these pastries all over the city, the original bakery, Pastéis de Belém, has been serving them since 1837.

After a hearty breakfast,
we will begin the day with a panoramic tour of Lisbon, the charming Portuguese capital, famously known as the “City of Seven Hills.” During this guided visit, you will have the opportunity to admire the narrow alleys, the colorful tiled façades, and immerse yourself in the unique Atlantic light and nostalgic essence known as saudade.

We will then head to the iconic Belém district, the birthplace of the great Portuguese navigators of the 15th century, from where they set sail on bold transoceanic expeditions that changed the course of history.

In the afternoon, you will have free time to explore the vibrant Bairro Alto, one of the liveliest areas of the city. Be sure to visit its scenic viewpoint, offering spectacular panoramic views over Lisbon.

If you wish, you may opt for an optional excursion to the picturesque towns of Sintra, Cascais, and Estoril, celebrated for their natural beauty, historical charm, and elegant architecture. To end the day, we will return to the hotel from the lively Restauradores Square, a popular spot filled with cafés, shops, and a vibrant atmosphere.

LISBON - LAGOS - CABO DE SAINT VICENT - ALBUFEIRA

After enjoying a full breakfast, we will begin our journey southward through Portugal, crossing the charming riverside landscapes surrounding the majestic Vasco da Gama Bridge—one of the longest in Europe—as it spans the waters of the Tagus River.

Our first stop will be in the Algarve, the captivating southern region of Portugal known for its golden cliffs, whitewashed villages, and unmistakable Atlantic charm. We will visit the historic city of Lagos, a seafaring hub from which Portuguese caravels once set sail toward the New World. You will have free time to explore its old town, still protected by ancient walls, and enjoy lunch in one of its charming local restaurants.

In the afternoon, we will head to a site rich in both geographic and symbolic significance: the striking Cape St. Vincent, the westernmost point of mainland Europe, where dramatic cliffs merge with the vast Atlantic Ocean. Nearby, we’ll stop at the historic Sagres Fortress, from which Prince Henry the Navigator advanced Portugal’s maritime discoveries—a perfect opportunity to capture unforgettable photos.

We will end the day in the lively coastal town of Albufeira, with free time to enjoy its beaches, stroll through the delightful historic center, or simply relax at a seaside café. Overnight stay in Albufeira or a nearby city in the Algarve.

In the early morning, we will bid farewell to the beautiful city of Lisbon and venture into the picturesque landscapes of Portugal’s Alentejo region. As we travel through this serene rural area, you’ll admire its wide-open fields, charming villages, and the authentic essence of Portuguese life.

We will make a stop in Estremoz, a lovely town known for its medieval castle, cobblestone streets, and architecture that beautifully reflects the character of the region. It’s the ideal place to relax with a coffee and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere while taking in views of this delightful corner of Portugal.

Continuing our route, we will cross the border into Spain, where our next destination will be Cáceres, a true gem of medieval and Renaissance architecture. Here, you will enjoy an included lunch, followed by time to stroll through its remarkable historic center. Cáceres is renowned for its exceptionally preserved buildings and has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Every street, square, and hidden corner will transport you back in time, allowing you to explore one of the world’s best-preserved urban ensembles.

After taking in the wonders of Cáceres, we will continue our journey to Madrid, arriving at the end of the day — ready to begin discovering the many charms of the Spanish capital.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, we will pass through Faro, the peaceful capital of the Algarve, before continuing our journey into the Alentejo region. Eventually, we will arrive on the banks of the Guadiana River, where we’ll visit Mértola—a charming walled village that feels like an open-air museum. Dominated by its impressive castle, Mértola invites you to wander through its whitewashed houses and discover hidden corners steeped in history.

We will then continue to Évora, arriving around lunchtime. This captivating city, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers a rich historical setting with its medieval palaces, Gothic churches, enchanting squares, and cobbled streets enclosed within ancient walls.

In the afternoon, we will visit one of the city’s most astonishing landmarks: the Chapel of Bones, a striking site built using the remains of 5,000 skeletons. After the visit, the rest of the afternoon will be free for you to explore at your own pace.

Greca Tip: Évora’s monastic traditions also extend to its cuisine. Don’t miss the chance to try its unique conventual desserts made with egg yolks, almonds, and fig-leaf gourd, such as pão de rala, encharcadas, and barrigas de freira—a true taste of the region’s sweet history.

After a delightful breakfast, we will travel through the scenic landscapes of the Alentejo region. Our first stop will be in Marvão, a charming walled village perched atop a hill, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

We will then continue to Castelo de Vide, known for its impressive castle and rich historical heritage. You will have time to explore its old Jewish quarter, where you can visit the medieval synagogue, now a museum, or simply wander through the maze of narrow, picturesque streets.

After lunchtime, we will head to Tomar, a city dominated by the Convent of Christ, a former Templar castle-convent. Its origins date back to the mid-12th century, when the Order of the Knights Templar established a church on land granted by Portugal’s first king, Afonso Henriques. Over the centuries, the convent was expanded and enriched, most notably under King Manuel I, who left his mark with the spectacular Manueline-style window that can still be admired today. Later, his son commissioned the construction of the final cloister of the convent.

Before arriving in Fátima, we will make a brief stop in Aljustrel, the humble village where the three shepherd children who witnessed the apparitions of the Virgin Mary were born. You will have the opportunity to visit Lucía’s house, where the first interrogations of the young visionaries took place. In the garden, you can still see the fig trees where the children would hide and play when approached by curious pilgrims.

We will then arrive in Fátima, where you’ll have free time to visit the sanctuary. If you wish, you may attend the Candlelight Procession (note: not held during winter months). Dinner is included.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will begin our journey northward through charming landscapes, arriving around eleven in the morning at the delightful city of Porto—the second-largest city in Portugal, nestled along the banks of the Douro River.

Upon arrival, you will embark on a unique experience: a peaceful 50-minute cruise aboard a traditional rabelo, the iconic Portuguese boat that once carried barrels of wine. From this privileged vantage point, you’ll be able to admire the picturesque façades of the city, the majestic bridges crossing the river, and the vibrant soul of Porto reflected in its waters.

You will then have free time to explore the historic and lively Ribeira district, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its narrow alleys, colorful houses, and ancient buildings that evoke the splendor of its commercial past. Charming cafés and traditional shops will invite you to take a break before we head to your hotel for a well-deserved rest.

After a delicious breakfast, we will begin our journey, enjoying the stunning landscapes that will accompany us throughout the day. Our first stop will be Braga, one of the oldest cities in Portugal.

Here, we will board the oldest funicular in the world, which will take us to the impressive Bom Jesus do Monte sanctuary, offering spectacular views of the city and its surroundings. We recommend walking down to fully appreciate the famous baroque staircase and its beautiful gardens.

We will then continue our journey to Galicia, where the charming town of Cambados awaits us, located in the Rías Bajas. In this picturesque town, we will enjoy an exclusive boat ride with a glass-bottom, allowing us to observe the local marine life while learning about the cultivation of mussels and oysters. Additionally, you will have the chance to savor a tasting of mussels and regional wine, a delightful experience for your taste buds.

After a relaxing lunch, we will arrive in the mystical Santiago de Compostela, one of the most emblematic destinations in Christendom. In this historic city, famous for being a pilgrimage site since the Middle Ages, we will take a guided tour in the afternoon, exploring its narrow cobblestone streets, its majestic cathedral, and the unique atmosphere that attracts millions of pilgrims each year.

Greca Tip: Be sure to try the "Tarta de Santiago," a delicious almond cake typical of the region, perfect for accompanying a coffee while you explore the squares of the historic center.

After enjoying an exquisite breakfast, we will continue our journey following in the footsteps of the ancient pilgrims of the Camino de Santiago.

Our first stop will be in Lugo, where you will have time to explore its charming historic center and admire its impressive Roman walls, which have been declared a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Along the way, we will make a brief stop in O Cebreiro, a picturesque Galician village famous for its traditional stone houses and rural atmosphere, which seems frozen in time.

We will then continue our journey and arrive in León, in the Castilla region, around lunchtime. Here, you will have time to visit the majestic León Cathedral, a magnificent example of Gothic architecture, famous for its stunning stained glass windows. You will also be able to stroll through the historic center of this city, rich in history and architecture.

In the afternoon, we will head into the mountains of the Cantabrian Range, on our way to Asturias. We will arrive in Oviedo by mid-afternoon, where we will offer a guided tour (sometimes the next morning), lasting an hour and a half. During this tour, you will discover the Cathedral of Oviedo, built in the 9th century, the elegant Palacio Calatrava, the Campoamor Theatre, and the picturesque Calle de la Rua, one of the main streets of the old town.

To conclude the day, you will enjoy a delicious dinner featuring local cuisine in an authentic Asturian cider house, where you can taste the famous Asturian cider and other traditional regional dishes.

Greca Tip: Don’t miss the opportunity to experience the traditional “escanciado” of Asturian cider, a ceremony in which the waiter pours the cider from a great height to aerate it before drinking. It’s a true cultural experience!

After a delicious breakfast, we will head towards the Picos de Europa, known for their scenic beauty and their significance in the history of nature conservation in Spain. Along the way, we will enjoy beautiful landscapes and visit the impressive Basilica of Covadonga, built in commemoration of the Battle of Covadonga, which took place in the year 722 and is considered a pivotal event in Spain's history. In this battle, King Pelayo and his Christian forces defeated the Muslim forces, marking the beginning of the Christian Reconquista in the Iberian Peninsula.

We will continue our journey along the coast towards Santillana, one of the most beautiful villages in Spain that still preserves its medieval old town intact. In the vicinity, we will visit the Altamira Caves Museum, which houses an exact replica of the original paintings found in the nearby Altamira Caves, famous for their prehistoric rock art, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and offers a glimpse into the lives of the ancient inhabitants of the region. These caves were the first place in the world where Upper Paleolithic Cave Art was identified, and they stand out for the quality, excellent preservation, and freshness of the pigments.

Our journey continues to Santander, the regional capital of Cantabria, a coastal city that will dazzle us with its breathtaking views nestled between mountains and beaches. Upon our arrival, we will enjoy a panoramic tour with a local guide, allowing us to explore this elegant coastal city and its beautiful bay.

Santander was used as a vacation destination by Spanish royalty and aristocracy, so we will have the opportunity to see majestic buildings that were used as summer residences.

Greca Tip: Don't miss the panoramic views from the Palacio de La Magdalena, a palace used by the Spanish royal family for summer vacations from 1913 to 1930.

SANTANDER, BILBAO, LA RIOJA AND ZARAGOZA

After a nutritious breakfast, we will continue our journey along the Cantabrian coast, admiring its stunning coastal landscapes, including beaches, cliffs, bays, and coves, where the sea meets the mountains.

Upon our arrival in Bilbao, we will explore the most important sites of the city with a local guide: the Guggenheim Museum, the old town, and the cathedral. After the guided tour, we will have free time to continue exploring this beautiful city at our own pace. You can take the opportunity to indulge in trying "pintxos," typical appetizers served in bars and taverns, especially in the old town, accompanied by a glass of wine or beer.

Our journey continues toward the city of La Rioja, a region known for its excellent wines. We will make a stop to visit the Wine Culture Museum in Briones, where they will explain the significance of wine culture from time immemorial.

By late afternoon, we will arrive in Zaragoza, the capital of Aragon, where we can finally relax at our accommodation and recharge.

Greca Tip: The Guggenheim Museum is also known as "the world's largest toy" or "the miracle of Bilbao." It opened its doors in 1997 and was inaugurated by King Juan Carlos I.

FROM ZARAGOZA TO BARCELONA THROUGH POBLET

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will begin our day with a panoramic tour of the city of Zaragoza, where we will visit its most iconic landmark — the magnificent Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, dedicated to the Virgin Mary, patroness of the Hispanic world.

According to tradition, the Virgin Mary appeared to the Apostle James while he was preaching in Zaragoza and gave him a jasper column as a symbol of her protection. The current basilica stands on the very spot where this miraculous event is believed to have taken place.

We will also explore the city’s second cathedral, which showcases Mudejar elements, as well as the remains of the Roman theatre and the splendid Aljafería Palace, a remarkable fortress that blends Islamic, Mudejar, and Gothic architectural styles. Its intricate design and decoration reflect the rich cultural and artistic heritage of the period. Among its many highlights is the Golden Hall (Salón del Trono), famous for its stunning plasterwork and horseshoe arches.

After some free time for lunch, we will continue our journey to the Monastery of Poblet, one of the most beautifully preserved medieval monastic complexes in the world, nestled in a picturesque landscape. It is also the resting place of several monarchs from the Crown of Aragon.

Our next stop will be the mystical mountain of Montserrat, where we will visit the sanctuary dedicated to the patron saint of Catalonia.

We will then head to the vibrant city of Barcelona, where you’ll have time to rest and prepare for the discoveries that await you the following day.

Greca Tip: Did you know that the construction of the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar took a staggering 280 years? Work began in 1681, and the final two towers were completed in 1961.

After a delicious breakfast, we will begin the day with a panoramic tour of vibrant Barcelona, known as "the Catalan city". Considered one of the most fascinating European capitals, Barcelona opens up to the Mediterranean Sea, offering a unique blend of history, art, and modernity. In this charming city, we pay homage to the legacy of Gaudí and his unparalleled modernist architecture, while not forgetting the iconic Las Ramblas and the remnants of the World Expositions and the Olympic Games that have shaped its history.

The afternoon will be free for you to explore at your own pace, enjoying the endless options for culture, shopping, and entertainment that Barcelona has to offer.

In the evening, we will include a transfer to Maremagnum, an innovative entertainment and dining center located by the sea, near Plaza Colón. Here you can stroll through this lively area and enjoy a meal with a view of the sea at one of the many restaurants in the area.

As of April 2026 the panoramic tour will conclude at Maremagnum, where we can take a pleasant walk along its lively promenade and have the rest of the day at leisure to continue exploring the city, before returning to our hotel to rest.

Greca Tip: We recommend trying a “suquet de peix,” a delicious fish stew typical of the Catalan coast, perfect for enjoying while watching the sunset by the sea.

FROM BARCELONA TO MADRID THROUGH VALENCIA

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will begin our journey south along the Mediterranean coast. Our first stop will be in Peñíscola, a picturesque medieval town surrounded by stunning beaches. You will have time to stroll through its narrow cobblestone streets, discover its imposing castle, and enjoy the views of the sea.

Next, we will head to Valencia, the vibrant port city on the Levantine coast, where we will arrive around lunchtime. Famous for its gastronomy, you cannot miss the opportunity to try the traditional paella, one of the region’s most iconic dishes.

After a stop at the avant-garde City of Arts and Sciences, an architectural complex that is a symbol of Valencia's modernity, we will continue our journey to Madrid, the capital of Spain, with an estimated arrival around 20:30/21:00 hrs.

Upon arrival in Madrid, to welcome you to the city, we will include a transfer to the iconic Plaza Mayor, one of the most bustling and characteristic spots in the city. Here, you can enjoy a leisurely walk and, if you wish, try some tapas or wines at one of the many traditional taverns.

We will begin the day with a delightful breakfast, providing you with the energy needed to fully enjoy all the wonders that Madrid has to offer. After this moment of rest and indulgence, we will embark on a panoramic tour of the Spanish capital, a city that never fails to impress.

Throughout this excursion, you will discover the vibrant heart of Madrid, a center full of life, history, and culture. The iconic Plaza Mayor will be one of the first landmarks we visit, a traditional meeting point surrounded by beautiful buildings and a unique atmosphere. We will continue our journey through Madrid’s wide avenues, lined with majestic buildings and fountains that invite you to stop and admire their splendor.

But Madrid is not only a city of streets and monuments; it is also a place where nature is present. We will take a walking tour through Retiro Park, a true oasis of calm in the heart of the city. This famous park, with its beautiful gardens, fountains, and peaceful walkways, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature amidst the urban hustle and bustle.

Additionally, we include a visit to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, home of the iconic Real Madrid, one of the most prestigious and successful football clubs in the world. Here, you will have the opportunity to get up close to the history and spirit of this legendary team on a tour that will take you through its most important facilities.

At the end of the afternoon, you will have some free time to explore Madrid at your own pace, perhaps strolling along its avenues or enjoying a coffee on one of its terraces. After a delicious breakfast, we will depart from Madrid early in the morning, heading south through the vast region of La Mancha. Our first stop will be in Puerto Lápice, a charming Manchego village that will transport you to the timeless tales of Don Quixote. We will then continue our journey into Andalusia, crossing the natural gateway of Despeñaperros, one of the region’s most iconic entry points.

We will arrive in Granada, where you will enjoy a delightful lunch included. In the afternoon, if you have purchased the package that includes a visit to the Alhambra, we will take a guided tour of this extraordinary palace complex, considered one of the finest examples of Moorish art and architecture in the world. You will walk through the majestic halls of the Alhambra Palace and the beautiful Generalife Gardens, dating back to the era of Muslim rule in Spain.

Very Important Note: The number of visitors allowed into the Alhambra is legally restricted. To guarantee entry, tickets will be issued at the time of confirming your booking. It is essential to provide accurate personal information (full name and passport or ID number). Our first stop will be Nerja, a charming seaside town renowned for its dramatic cliffs and the famous Balcony of Europe, a scenic viewpoint offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. We will have time to stroll through the town and appreciate the beauty of this picturesque coastal destination.

We will then continue to Málaga, the vibrant capital of the Costa del Sol and the birthplace of Pablo Picasso. With its charming historic center, elegant boulevards, and Mediterranean atmosphere, Málaga perfectly blends tradition and modernity. You will have free time for lunch and to explore its lively squares, streets, and historic landmarks.

In the afternoon, we will venture into the Andalusian mountains until we reach Ronda, considered one of the most beautiful white villages in Spain. Famous for the dramatic gorge that divides the town in two, Ronda captivates visitors with its panoramic views, historic bridges, and enchanting atmosphere.

We will then continue our journey to Seville, the cultural heart of Andalusia. Upon arrival in the late afternoon, we will enjoy a delicious included dinner before heading to the hotel for a relaxing evening and a well-deserved rest.

After a delicious breakfast, we will begin the day with a comprehensive panoramic tour of Seville, the capital of Andalusia and one of the most enchanting cities in Spain. Accompanied by your guide, you will discover the main treasures of this historic city: the imposing Cathedral of Seville—one of the largest in the world—and its iconic Giralda, a symbol of architectural fusion between cultures.

We will also stroll along the banks of the Guadalquivir River, witness to many great historical events, and wander through the picturesque neighborhoods of Santa Cruz, with its flower-filled alleyways, and Triana, birthplace of artists and flamenco tradition.

Next, we invite you to enjoy a truly unique experience: a boat ride along the Guadalquivir, offering a privileged perspective of some of Seville’s most iconic monuments.

In the evening, if you wish, you may attend an optional flamenco show at a traditional tablao, where you’ll experience the passion and intensity of Andalusian art in an unforgettable performance of music, singing, and dance.

Greca Tip: At sunset, take a stroll through the María Luisa Park gardens, and don’t miss a visit to the Plaza de España, especially stunning when lit up at night—perfect for capturing memorable photos.

After a tasty breakfast, we will leave Seville and set out on a stage of scenic beauty. Through hills and olive tree groves we will enter Extremadura.

We will stop in Jerez de los Caballeros, this town once belonged to the Knights Templar and is where Vasco Nuñez de Balboa was born.

We will then enter Portugal. Monsaraz, is one of the most picturesque villages in Portugal with old fortified walls, a castle, great views and white-painted streets brimming with flowerpots.

We will then travel to the city of Evora, declared a World Heritage Site thanks to its white-painted streets, Renaissance palaces and cathedral.

We will also visit the impressive Chapel of Bones (admission included), which was built using the bones from over 5000 skeletons! We will arrive in Lisbon toward the end of the day.

Greca Tip: Lisbon is much older than Rome. Archaeological evidence goes back to the indigenous population. The settlement at Lisbon dates back to at least the 8th and 6th (BC), and the first settlers traded with Carthaginians.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at your hotel, we will be transfered to Lisbon´s airport.
