Upon your arrival at Warsaw Airport, we will transfer you to your hotel. You will have free time to rest or start exploring this vibrant city at your own pace.

In the afternoon, you will find information about the start of our tour on the information boards located at the hotel reception.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will begin the day with a panoramic tour of Warsaw, accompanied by a local guide. With nearly two million inhabitants, the capital of Poland is the political and economic heart of the country—a city that is both classical and modern, traditional and cosmopolitan, and that has been reborn from its past.

We will stroll through the charming Old Town, with its historic buildings, the Royal Castle, and cobblestone streets—meticulously restored after their destruction during World War II and now recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will also see the iconic Palace of Culture and Science, a skyscraper gifted by the Soviet Union, reflect on the history of what was once the largest Jewish ghetto in Europe, and enjoy a walk through Łazienki Park, home to the renowned monument to Chopin.

In the afternoon, you will have free time to continue discovering Warsaw at your own pace. We recommend visiting one of its excellent museums, such as the National Museum or the Warsaw Uprising Museum, or simply enjoying a walk through the lively city center with its vibrant commercial life.

Greca Tip: If you’re in the mood for a local treat, try placki ziemniaczane—crispy Polish potato pancakes, often served with sour cream or goulash. A comforting and tasty option to experience the flavors of Warsaw.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will set off toward the north of Poland for a day filled with history and unforgettable landscapes.

Our first stop will be in Olsztynek, where we’ll visit the open-air Museum of Folk Architecture (admission included). In this charming outdoor space, we will admire traditional wooden houses, old windmills, and a historic church—all in a setting that makes us feel as though we've traveled back in time.

We will then continue to the Elbląg Canal, the longest navigable canal in Poland, famous for its unique transportation system. We will visit the museum located in a section where boats are literally pulled over land on rails to overcome elevation changes—a true 19th-century engineering marvel.

Next, we’ll head to Malbork, where we’ll explore its impressive medieval castle (admission included – green circuit). Built in the 13th century by the Teutonic Order, it is one of the largest castles in Europe and has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its stunning architecture and remarkable preservation make it a must-see.

By late afternoon, we will arrive in Gdansk (formerly Danzig), a vibrant port city with a historic center full of charm, life, and color. We recommend taking a walk in the evening through its lively streets, which blend history, culture, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Greca Tip: While in Gdansk, don’t miss the chance to try goldwasser, a traditional liqueur with tiny flakes of gold. This spiced drink is truly unique—perfect for toasting to such a special day.

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, we will begin the day with a guided visit to the European Solidarity Centre in Gdansk. This striking contemporary building commemorates the “Solidarity” trade union movement, a key symbol in the fall of the Soviet regime. Outside, we will see the Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers, a powerful and emotional tribute.

Next, we will include entrance to the World War II Museum, inaugurated in 2017. This remarkable exhibition offers a profound reflection on the conflict, with a special focus on the suffering of the Polish people, who lost between 3 and 6 million lives during the war.

You will then have free time to stroll through the charming historic center of Gdansk, before we continue to the nearby city of Sopot, an elegant seaside resort on the Baltic Sea. Known for its vibrant coastal life, wide beach, and famous wooden pier—one of the longest in Europe—Sopot offers panoramic views perfect for an evening walk.

In the late afternoon, we will board a modern overnight ferry bound for Sweden, offering cruise-like amenities. Departure is scheduled for 9:00 PM, and accommodation will be in interior cabins, with breakfast included the following morning.

Greca Tip: While in Sopot, be sure to try a gofry—the classic Polish waffle topped with whipped cream, fruit, or chocolate. It's a delicious seaside treat and a sweet way to end your day.

After enjoying a pleasant overnight journey, our ferry will arrive around 6:30 a.m. at the port of Karlskrona, in the south of Sweden. From there, we will continue our route toward Stockholm, making a stop in Västervik, a charming coastal town with a picturesque historic center full of Scandinavian charm.

Later in the day, we will arrive in Stockholm, the Swedish capital—a majestic city spread across fourteen islands connected by bridges and ferries, nestled in the heart of the Baltic Sea archipelago. Stockholm is known for its fascinating history, impressive architecture, and its harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.

You will have the afternoon free to begin exploring this vibrant city at your own pace. We recommend strolling through the Old Town (Gamla Stan), visiting one of its renowned museums, or enjoying its spacious urban parks.

Greca Tip: During your stay in Stockholm, don’t miss the chance to experience a fika—the beloved Swedish coffee break, traditionally accompanied by a sweet treat like a kanelbullar (cinnamon roll). It’s a delicious way to savor the true spirit of Swedish culture.

After a delicious breakfast, we begin the day with a panoramic tour of Stockholm, a beautiful capital built on 14 islands connected by a network of bridges. During the tour, we will explore Gamla Stan, the city’s old town, also known as the "City Between the Bridges," a labyrinth of cobbled streets and lively squares, home to many of Stockholm’s most monumental buildings.

We will visit the Nobel Museum, located next to the historic Stortorget Square, which honors the winners of the prestigious Nobel Prizes. We will also see the majestic Stockholm Cathedral and the imposing Royal Palace, the official residence of the Swedish royal family.

When conditions allow, we will stop at the Fjällgatan viewpoint, where one of the most spectacular views of the city and its maritime surroundings can be admired.

After the visit, you will have free time to continue discovering Stockholm at your own pace. We recommend exploring its famous museums such as the Vasa Museum, which houses a perfectly preserved 17th-century ship, or the ABBA Museum for music lovers. You can also relax in one of the many parks that adorn the city or enjoy its vibrant urban life.

If you wish, we suggest an optional visit to the Stockholm City Hall, an iconic building where the Nobel Prize ceremony is held, and to the Vasa Museum, where you can see the ship that sank on its maiden voyage in 1628 and was recovered decades later.

Upon arrival, we disembark and head to Turku, a city with a notable Swedish influence. As you stroll through its streets, you’ll feel a unique atmosphere, a blend of tradition and modernity that characterizes this historic city.

Next, we continue to the nearby picturesque Naantali, a charming village with wooden houses by the sea, where the peaceful and welcoming ambiance will allow you to relax and explore its delights.

The day continues toward Helsinki, the capital of Finland, where we will arrive around lunchtime. After resting, you will have free time to discover this fascinating city, known for its traditional market, the influence of Russian architecture, and the majestic churches that dot its urban landscape.

Our route continues towards Riga, with a stop at the "Salaspils Memorial," a poignant monument erected on the site of a former Nazi concentration camp. Finally, at the end of the day, we arrive in Riga, the vibrant capital of Latvia, full of history, fascinating architecture, and cosmopolitan energy.

Today, we begin our journey early after a hearty breakfast, heading to Lithuania, with our first stop at the magnificent Baroque Rundale Palace, an architectural gem designed by Bartolomeo Rastrelli, the same genius who shaped the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg.

This palace, surrounded by immaculate gardens, reflects the grandeur of the Lithuanian nobility of the time.

Next, we cross into Lithuania, a country with a strong Catholic tradition, where the Hill of Crosses stands as a symbol of faith and resistance.

This impressive site is home to tens of thousands of crosses of all sizes, placed by pilgrims over the centuries, creating a unique landscape that deeply moves every visitor.

After an included lunch on the way, we arrive in Trakai, a place that seems straight out of a fairytale. The Trakai Castle, majestically located on an island in the middle of a lake, is one of Lithuania's most iconic monuments and proudly stands near Vilnius, the capital of the country.

Finally, we reach Vilnius, where we will enjoy a restful night in this charming city.

Along the way, we make a stop at the fascinating Grutas Park, also known as "Stalin World." This unique park houses 86 statues from the Soviet era, a striking testament to the communist past, allowing you to reflect on the region's recent history.

After this visit, we cross the border and head towards the picturesque city of Augustow, located by a serene lake, where we enjoy lunch in a peaceful and welcoming setting. After a well-deserved rest, we continue our journey to central Poland, and by the end of the day, we arrive in the capital, Warsaw, a city that has risen from its ashes, rich in history and culture.
