They complied with the schedules and transports were on time. Some of the assigned hotels not very good and far from everything (ex: Santorini). We were never able to have breakfast in Athens because the departures of the activities were early and the hotel began breakfast at 7:30am. Little time in Acroprolis.

The service was excellent. They were available to answer my questions 24 hours a day and gave me the support I needed. The experience could have been better having known the rating and location of the hotels before choosing. The price I paid seemed expensive for the quality of the hotels.

Everything was fulfilled perfectly; except ONE search on a flight. But emergency responded correctly. The guides that touched us were all excellent, the schedules were perfectly fulfilled. Very interesting places.

Wow it was a great trip a bit worry at times but it was great. Specially the agent Janice she, was there at any time of the day to answer any questions just a phone call away to provide solutions to our questions. When we felt abandoned and email to Janice and she had the solution. Thank you.

I was traveling through Athens and two islands with a friend and we enjoyed our tour immensely. All the transfers are on time the guides were friendly and knowledgeable and we never felt rushed. My salesperson was very pleasant and everyone else in customer service was helpful.

They should improve the closing time, we spent many hours waiting between the last excursion and the return flight, stopped in Luxor. They need to coordinate it better. We had an excellent start with a great guide, but then we were separated and we went to find another guide and another less good boat.

The reception could be improved. We had to wait more than an hour. Call to get the driver activated. We had to send a photo for him to identify us. He did not speak Spanish. There were hotels of equal quality with a better location. Our rooms had no view.

Our twelve day trip went smoothly with only a few problems. Janice was excellent to work with as well as everyone else we met. We covered a lot of places. It was a well rounded experience. Trying to cancel a tour because of a mix up on their end has not been resolved though.

The 5-star hotels that we hired were excellent, the only problem is that they were quite far from the center and they left us out of everything, the hotel employees only spoke a little English and were very basic, the guide Omar was the best, very nice and very patient.

Excellent trip!!!! They fulfilled everything promised! As soon as we arrived in Amman they were waiting for us and from then on everything was incredible. Guide, hotels, punctuality could not be better.

Tour was comprehensive in covering major tourist sites. Hotels 3*-4* were as expected and breakfasts and dinners included were satisfactory and filling. Also travelled to Mykonos, Santorini and Heraklion. All hotel/port transfers were very punctual with no delays. Overall fantastic enjoyable trip.

Although at the beginning it was difficult to coordinate (we are over 70 years old) afterwards everything was very nice, especially the hotel in Cairo. And the excursions in Athens and Cairo very instructive.

This is my first tour experience with Greca. Lorien Diaz exemplifies excellent customer service. She was nice and personable. The tour itself in Athens was wonderful. I like the concept of base tour plus customization but I believe that Greca should hire more people to handle their growing needs.

The package turned out as promised. The hotels were consistent with what we had reserved. The food very good. If I had to make any criticism, it would be that at lunch there were more restaurant options and not just those designated by the tour. They are expensive compared to other places.

Good and responsive communication, except on Sunday , called a few times the emergency number given but no response at all. Train schedule was not updated, resulted too long waiting time. Other arrangements are excellence, on time transfers pick up even with the train delayed arrival by an hour.
