Frequently asked questions

In this section, we have gathered the most common frequently asked questions our travelers have sent us. If you do not find the answer to yours, do not worry! Send us an e-mail by clicking the Inquiry button, on the top right side of this page, to receive a clear answer within 24 hours... guaranteed!

At Greca, most of the packages and excursions available on our website feature our Guaranteed Departure seal, meaning they do not require a minimum number of participants to operate.

However, some specific programs, tours, or excursions may be subject to a minimum number of participants. In such cases, this condition will be clearly indicated in the service description before the reservation is made.

If a departure is subject to a minimum number of participants and this requirement is not met, our team will inform you in a timely manner about its status and the available alternatives.

International flights or air tickets from and back to your home city, are not included in the packages as we cannot guarantee, as we do with our programs, the best price on international air tickets.

Passengers must book and issue their flights on their own and we strongly advise them to do so in advance to benefit from the best prices!

Yes, they do. When booking with Greca there is no need to worry as we always book flights with checked-in luggage, but the weight allowance depends on the airline. Normally, international flights allow up to 23 Kgs and domestic flights allow between 15 and 20 Kgs in economy class. Check out the included section of each program for more details.

1. MODIFICATIONS

The following charges apply to any amendment to the content or arrival dates of purchased services, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences:

  • More than 31 days before arrival: No charge
  • 30-15 days before arrival: €20 handling fee per modified service
  • 15 days or less: No modifications or amendments permitted

If the newly requested services or dates are of higher value, the traveler shall be charged the price difference. If they are of lower value, Greca Travel will refund the difference, excluding any non-refundable components.

Where airline or train tickets are included, the traveler is solely responsible for any charges imposed by the carrier for changes, including but not limited to rescheduling, rerouting, or name corrections.

The following handling fees apply per segment and per person for accepted modifications:

  • Intercontinental flights: €20
  • All other flights: €10
  • Train tickets: €10

The classification of a flight as intercontinental is determined based on the geographic location of the departure and arrival airports.

Updated travel vouchers (for modifications) or refund documents (for cancellations) are issued once per week, on Wednesdays.

2. CANCELLATIONS – GENERAL CONDITIONS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

A cancellation shall be deemed effective on the date it is received by Greca Travel during normal business hours. Requests received outside business hours shall be considered received on the following business day.

All packages and cruises are subject to a non-refundable handling fee of €49 per person, applicable regardless of the cancellation date.

Any applicable cancellation charges must be settled prior to the issuance of refund documentation.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed using the original payment method and issued once per week on Wednesdays, or the next business day if Greca Travel’s headquarters are closed.

3. STANDARD LAND-BASED PROGRAMS – CANCELLATION FEES

Cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total program price, excluding non-refundable services:

  • More than 60 days before arrival: No cancellation penalty (only the €49 handling fee applies)
  • 59–46 days before arrival: 20% of total price + €49 handling fee
  • 45–31 days before arrival: 35% of total price + €49 handling fee
  • 30–16 days before arrival: 60% of total price + €49 handling fee
  • 15 days or less before arrival or no-show: 100% of total price

4. PRODUCTS WITH SPECIFIC CANCELLATION TERMS

The cancellation policy outlined in this document constitutes the standard cancellation framework applicable to Greca Travel programs.

However, certain product categories may be subject to different cancellation conditions, which may include shorter free cancellation periods, stricter penalties, or fully non-refundable terms. Where a product is subject to specific cancellation terms, such conditions will be clearly indicated in the product description page.

In such cases, the specific cancellation conditions displayed for the individual product shall prevail over and replace the general cancellation policy stated herein.

Example: Free up to 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, the product is non-refundable.

By proceeding with the booking of such products, the traveler and/or partner expressly acknowledge and accept the specific cancellation terms applicable to that service.

5. AIRLINE & TRAIN TICKETS – SPECIAL CONDITIONS

All airline and train tickets included in any Greca Travel program are non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation charge from the moment of issuance, unless otherwise expressly stated in the product description.

This condition applies regardless of the cancellation date of land-based services.

The following handling fees apply per segment and per person:

  • Intercontinental flights: €20
  • All other flights: €10
  • Train tickets: €10

6. CRUISES

Unless otherwise specified by the cruise operator (whose terms shall prevail), the following cancellation fees apply:

  • Up to 90 days before departure: No charge
  • 89–60 days before departure: Loss of deposit (250€-500€ per cabin, according to cabin type and cruise duration)
  • 59–30 days before departure: 50% of the cruise fare
  • 29 days or less before departure or no-show days prior: 100% of the cruise fare

7. HOTEL-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

Where travelers select accommodation from multiple hotel options, the cancellation conditions applicable to the chosen hotel will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

These hotel-specific conditions supersede the general package cancellation terms.

Travelers are strongly advised to review them carefully before completing their purchase.

8. INSURANCE & RISK COVERAGE

Greca Travel includes Health and Cancellation Insurance covering up to 100% of the trip price in cases of hospitalization, death of the policyholder or a direct relative, or other insured unforeseen events.

Optional enhanced insurance plans may be purchased during the booking process for broader coverage, subject to the insurer’s terms and conditions.

9. SPECIAL CAMPAIGNS – EXCEPTION TO STANDARD TERMS

For F.I.T. and B2B bookings confirmed as part of special campaigns, promotions, or negotiated offers (including but not limited to Black Friday or limited-time sales), the specific cancellation and refund terms agreed for each campaign shall apply. These campaign-specific conditions shall supersede and replace the general Cancellation & Modification Policy outlined above, regardless of the cancellation date or reason. By confirming a booking under a special campaign, the partner and traveler expressly acknowledge acceptance of the applicable campaign terms.

10. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the booking. If this is not possible (for example, if the payment method is no longer valid), an alternative solution will be arranged.

Refunds are processed once per week, every Wednesday, or on the next business day if our headquarters are closed.

Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in the traveler’s account depends on the bank or payment provider and may vary accordingly.

The refunded amount will reflect any applicable cancellation fees, administrative charges, non-refundable services, or supplier-imposed penalties, in accordance with this policy or the specific product conditions.

Payment is made exclusively by credit or debit card through our secure online platform.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, and Discover, among others.

We offer the possibility to pay for your trip in interest-free installments with all accepted credit and debit cards.

The system will automatically calculate the available number of installments based on your travel date, taking into account that the full cost of the trip must be paid before the departure date to guarantee the provision of all services included in your booking.

All payments are processed using the highest security standards to protect your data and ensure a safe and reliable purchasing experience.

When we say that our financing options are among the best in the market, it is because Greca finances your trip directly, without relying on your bank or credit card provider.

This allows you to pay in up to 12 interest-free installments, depending on your travel date and how far in advance you make your reservation. In addition, you do not need to have the full purchase amount available or a credit card limit equal to the total value of the trip—only enough available credit for each installment.

The number of installments available is automatically determined by our system at the time of booking, based on the departure date. Payment options may range from 1 to 12 interest-free installments, provided that the trip is paid in full at least 15 days before the start date.

The total reservation amount is divided into equal installments, which will be automatically charged to the same card used for the purchase every 30 days. Before each charge, you will receive an email notification to keep you informed about the status of your payments.

If, for any reason, a payment cannot be processed, we will notify you so that you can verify the situation with your bank or card issuer. Once the issue has been resolved, you may resume your payment plan and continue paying for your trip easily and securely.

If you wish to pay with more than one card, whether due to credit limits or because each traveler prefers to use their own payment method, our agents will be happy to assist you.

During the booking process, please complete the required information up to the payment section. At that point, without completing the payment, you can send us an email through the contact form, or a message through our website´s live chat, providing your assigned booking number and specifying whether you want to split the payment equally or how much to charge each card. One of our Greca agents will divide the payment and send you the links so you can complete the payment with the indicated cards!

During the booking process of a fully customizable package, you will be able to review the exact services available at each hotel included in your booking, based on real time availability per destination.

Important note: The hotel ratings displayed on our website are provided directly by each property. Greca Travel is not liable for any discrepancies between the published rating and the actual standards encountered during the stay.

The hotels included are clearly indicated within each program, under the “Accommodation” section, and vary by category and destination. If a destination is marked with the note “Choose your own accommodation”, you will be able to select your preferred hotel during the next steps of the booking process, as well as for other destinations with the same option.

Please keep in mind that at Greca, we offer different types of travel packages to suit your style and preferences. Some include fully organized group tours, others combine fixed tours with customizable parts, and some are entirely flexible. Thanks to our hybrid system, you can also decide whether you prefer Greca to assign the hotels for you or to choose them yourself. Here’s how it works:

  • In packages with fixed group tours (such as those including Olympia, Delphi, and Meteora), the hotels are pre-assigned to ensure proper logistics and group coordination. You will notice this because the hotels are listed, but the “Choose your own accommodation” label will not appear. Even so, in many cases you will still be able to change the accommodation category during the next steps of your booking.
  • In semi-customizable packages, you will be able to choose your hotel in certain destinations (where you see the above-mentioned label). In other parts of the trip —usually the fixed group tour part— the hotels will already be assigned and you will only be able to switch categories.
  • In fully customizable packages, you will be able to select your preferred hotels in all destinations, among several options based on category and services. However, if you prefer, you can also choose not to select hotels and allow Greca to assign them for you. This decision is made in the “Accommodation” section during the booking process.

In all cases, Greca carefully selects accommodations that meet national standards as well as our own quality criteria, ensuring comfort, strategic location, and competitive pricing. Our team personally inspects many of the properties each year.

For your reference, here are some examples of hotels frequently used in our group tours:

Greece (Main hotels used in pre-set tours)

If you have any questions or special preferences, our team is always here to help guide you toward the best option for your journey!

Additionally, please take note that there is the possibility of changing the segments Athens- Mykonos or viceversa, as well as Santorini- Athens or viceversa for flight tickets. The flight duration is around 40 to 45 minutes, respectively.

To learn more about the cost of changing your transportation services, we invite you to review the "Optional Services" section during the booking process. There, you will be able to choose whether to keep the services originally included in your program or replace them with alternative options. At Greca, we highly recommend fast ferries and flights for their comfort and time savings.

We highly recommend taking fast ferries of flights, especially on your way back to Athens.

Tourist taxes, hotel taxes, or overnight taxes are governmental and municipal charges that the hotel collects directly from the traveler at check-in.

It is always important to include these fees or taxes when calculating the total cost of your trip, as they represent an additional mandatory expense to consider.

Greca does not apply hotel or overnight taxes, which generally depend on the category of the hotel, the city, and the total number of nights. These are listed on our website, in question 42, unless you select your own hotel and such a charge is clearly indicated.

Greca guarantees the best prices on all its products! So you can simply choose your vacation with the certainty that you will get the best price. If you find a better price, contact us by filling out a form, and be sure to send us the link so we can verify it.

You must know that in most of the cases the price difference lies in the services included, for example, the entrance fees to archeological sites, food, transport, etc.

At the moment, Greca does not arrange shared hotel accommodation during land excursions. We encourrage you to find travel companions beforehand, whereby the cost of your trip will also decrease as a result.

It is the ideal way to travel and share expenses if you are 3 friends or family, they will enjoy every moment of the trip together. Triple rooms usually offer an extra bed, a sofa bed, or a similar option for the third person, depending on the accommodation. On cruises, triple cabins generally feature bunk beds. If you prefer a cabin with standard individual beds for greater comfort (especially for elderly passengers), we recommend contacting us to check availability. The discount applied to the third occupant is distributed among all participants, resulting in a more convenient price.

The best time to travel depends on your destination and the type of experience you’re seeking.

For most Mediterranean and Middle Eastern countries—such as Greece, Italy, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Egypt, Jordan, and Morocco—the ideal travel season is April to October. These months offer warm weather, longer days, and a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for exploring islands, beaches, and open-air historical sites. The low season (November to March) features fewer crowds and better prices. Thanks to generally mild winters, it’s a great time to enjoy cultural cities, archaeological landmarks, and authentic local experiences without the heat or crowds.

If you're heading to Scandinavia or Central Europe, May to September offers the best weather for sightseeing and nature. In northern regions like Norway or Finland, you can experience the Midnight Sun in summer, while from late September to March, the Northern Lights become visible—an unforgettable natural spectacle.

In the United Arab Emirates and Israel, the cooler months from October to April are most comfortable for travel, avoiding extreme summer temperatures.

Each season offers something unique—whether it's sun-drenched coastlines, festive winter charm, or magical natural phenomena.

For your comfort on board, we recommend low-heeled or sports shoes, as they make it easier and safer to move around on open-air decks and stairs.

On some cruises, there may also be special evenings, such as the Captain’s Gala or a Cocktail Night. For these occasions, more formal attire is suggested: a cocktail dress or an elegant suit for the ladies, and a jacket and tie for the gentlemen.

During the booking process, we will ask you to indicate where you will be staying, whether in a hotel or private accommodation. Based on that information, our system will automatically calculate and display the nearest available meeting point.

In many cases, the excursion supplier will directly provide the exact pickup location and time. In other cases, this information will be confirmed by Greca a few days before the excursion, once local logistics are finalized.

In these cases, the exact meeting point and time will be provided after your reservation has been confirmed. This information will appear in your final travel documents and/or be communicated to you by one of our Greca agents, so you can plan your day with ease.

You will be able to travel comfortably as greca ensures that the excursions are carried out in air-conditioned vehicles such as buses, minibusses, or cars, according to the number of passengers. Our vehicles are conducted by professionals, and accompanied by local travel escorts or licensed tour guides where applicable. The vehicles meet all the safety requirements stipulated by the government regulations of each of the countries where we operate.

No need to worry, it rains a few days a year in the Mediterranean.

If it rains, the activities will still take place as normal. If there are extreme conditions (such as heavy snow or very high temperatures) and the tour has to be canceled, we will offer you an alternative date or refund the payment.

In case of flight delays or delays in collecting your luggage, Greca’s representatives will wait for you up to 90 minutes from the arrival of your flight, and up to 45 minutes at ports and train stations.

In the “Included” section of each program, as well as in its detailed description, it is specified whether the transfers include assistance, transportation, or both.

Transfers are shared among travelers under the same reservation number. To reduce CO₂ emissions and support sustainable tourism, vehicles may also carry passengers from different reservations traveling the same route.

Please note that if you choose a hotel located far from the city center or outside the usual service area, an extra supplement may apply to cover the additional distance.

At Greca, we book hotels that include breakfast as a minimum, unless you choose a different hotel during the booking process. In that case, the meal plan may vary depending on the selected property.

Each program clearly specifies which meals are included and which can be added as optional services. We recommend checking the “Included” section of each itinerary to see the specific details of your package.

You must be at least 21 years old for renting a vehicle (25 years old in some categories). There are no maximum age restrictions.

If your driving license was issued by any of the countries that are in the following list, Congratulations! Your license or card type is valid and does not require the presentation of any additional documentation:

Franchise is the part of the damage in a claim that the insured party has to pay. It can be a fixed amount or a percentage of the total insured amount. Therefore, the amount and payment of the insurance company coverage only begins when the claim exceeds the amount of said franchise.

For example: if the insurance franchise is Eur 750 and the damage from the accident to be covered is Eur 1000, the insurance company will have to pay for the difference between the franchise payment (paid by the insured party) and the total amount of the claim, that is to say, Eur 250 in this case.

Passport:

A valid passport is required for travel. Please ensure it is valid for at least six months beyond your travel date, as most countries enforce this requirement.

Visa:

This will depend on both the country that issued your passport and the country or countries you plan to visit.

Many destinations are visa-exempt for stays under 90 calendar days. However, we recommend contacting the embassy or consulate of the country or countries you intend to visit, in your place of residence, before departure. If your program includes a cruise or visits to multiple countries, it is essential to verify whether a Double-Entry or Multiple-Entry Visa is required to re-enter the European Community or other regions.

You can also check this information online here.

Vaccinations:

Some destinations may require vaccination certificates against specific diseases, while in others they are only health recommendations. It is the traveler’s responsibility to be informed and comply with the applicable requirements.

We suggest consulting both the health authorities in your country of residence and those of the destination country, as well as official international sources such as the World Health Organization (WHO) or the CDC.

Once you have selected the package that best suits your preferences, expectations, and needs, you can not only purchase it online, but also customize it — or contact us if you wish to request further or more advanced modifications that cannot be handled directly.

Click on the program that suits you best and fill out the required fields in the "Prices & Availability" section, located on the right side of the screen (or at the bottom if you're using a tablet or mobile phone). Then click on "Book now" to begin your reservation. From that point on, our system will guide you through a series of easy-to-follow steps.

First of, if your package allows hotel selection flexibility, you will be able to decide whether you'd like us to assign the included accommodations or if you prefer to choose each hotel yourself. This choice will appear in the "Accommodation" section, where you can click on the corresponding option. If you choose to select your own hotels, you’ll be able to do so for each destination, based on the available categories and features. You can also add extra nights if you wish to extend your stay. If the package includes a fixed group tour with pre-assigned hotels, it will not be possible to modify them, but the assigned establishments will be clearly indicated for your reference.

In the next step, you’ll be able to add optional excursions, upgrade your insurance coverage, and customize certain transportation services, such as replacing a ferry with a flight when available.

Then, you’ll proceed to the stage where we’ll request passenger details, including full names (as shown on passports), date of birth, and passport number. Only the fields marked with "*" will be required.

In the final step, you will proceed to pay by credit card.

Once your payment has been processed and/or verified, we will send you a confirmation email. Your Master Voucher with the details of the booked services will be issued and sent 15 days before your departure date.

And remember: If you have any questions during or after the booking process, don’t hesitate to contact us. Your questions are always welcome!

It is not necessary! Once you have received the booking confirmation and Master Vouchers, you only need to count the days left to meet us and enjoy a trip you will never forget!

At Greca we offer discounts for travelers of 10 or more persons, who join the same tour program and make use of the same services at the same time, which is automatically calculated and awarded to the group by our website.

Keep in mind that discounts for groups or minors cannot be combined with any other promotions.

Any person that requires special assistance or attention must notify our agents at the time of the booking. Greca Travel welcomes passengers with disabilities and takes great care that everyone has a seamless and positive experience.

An eSIM (Embedded SIM) is a digital SIM card built directly into your device, eliminating the need for a physical card. It allows you to connect to mobile networks without inserting a physical chip, making it easier to activate and manage data plans remotely. Most modern devices, such as smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches, are compatible with eSIM. We recommend checking your device's compatibility by consulting the user manual or the manufacturer's technical specifications.

We offer free eSIMs to our users based on the duration of their trip:

  • 2 to 3 days: At least 1 GB, valid for 3 days.
  • 4 to 7 days: At least 3 GB, valid for 7 days.
  • 8 to 14 days: At least 5 GB, valid for 14 days.
  • 15 to 21 days: At least 10 GB, valid for 21 days.
  • 22 days or more: At least 15 GB, valid for 30 days

The eSIM is automatically assigned based on your trip duration when booking. Depending on the countries you visit, you will receive a local eSIM (for a single country), a regional eSIM (for multiple countries in the same region), or a global eSIM (if traveling across different regions).

Important: The eSIM is provided free of charge when the main service is consumed. However, if the booking is canceled and the eSIM has been activated, whether used or not, the minimum selling price of the eSIM package will be deducted from any refund. If the eSIM has not been activated, no charges will apply.

Activation is available 30 days before the check-out date of the trip. You will receive an email with a link to download the QR code and detailed instructions. Simply scan the code with your compatible device before or upon arrival at your destination.

Our free eSIM is designed to cover basic needs based on your trip duration. If you need more data, you can top up your eSIM through the recharge link available next to the installation link.

Please note that Greca is not a telecommunications or data provider. If you experience any issues with your eSIM, you can reach out to our e-sim provider → directly . Our support team is also available to assist you, simply contact us through the live chat on our website.

The Greca Miles Program is a loyalty initiative by Greca Travel, designed to reward Members for their patronage. Members earn Miles based on their spending, which can be redeemed for future Greca services, including flights, cruises, excursions, and travel packages.

Enrollment in the Greca Miles Program is automatic when you make your first purchase with Greca. Your account is created using the email provided during the reservation process, and participation is personal and non-transferable.

Miles are earned based on cumulative spending: If your total spending exceeds €100, you earn Miles corresponding to the amount spent.

Miles are credited within one week after your trip concludes and remain valid for three years from your travel date.

To redeem Miles: During checkout for a future booking, the system calculates your available Miles. You can apply part or all of them toward your new reservation.

Participation is open to all individuals with a valid email address, except for:

  • Greca employees, airlines, or travel agencies.
  • Legal entities, companies, and sole proprietorships.

Each member is allowed only one personal account. If multiple accounts are created, only the oldest one remains valid.

Miles Accrual: Earned when cumulative spending exceeds €100 and credited within one week after travel completion. When a group discount is applied, no miles are accrued.

Retroactive Claims: New members can claim Miles for past services (up to 36 months) before registration by submitting proof.

Redemption: Miles can be used for flights, cruises, excursions, and travel packages and combined with special discounts where applicable.

Expiration: Miles expire three years after the trip date and are non-refundable upon activation.

Account Termination: If a member requests to leave the program or in case of death, all Miles are voided.

Use and refunds: Miles are non-refundable once redeemed. If a reservation is canceled or modified after using Miles, they cannot be refunded or reactivated.

The Greca Miles Program is subject to specific terms to ensure fair and consistent participation. Below are the key conditions that members should be aware of:

Non-Transferability: Membership and Miles cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.

Program Changes: Greca reserves the right to modify or terminate the program and its terms. Significant changes will be communicated through official channels.

Data Privacy: Members requesting data deletion under GDPR will lose all accumulated Miles.

This is a government-imposed fee that applies to all travelers arriving by cruise ship and disembarking at Greek ports.

The tax has been introduced by the Greek authorities (Law 5162/2024 – Article 27) to support sustainable tourism and local infrastructure development. It is not charged by Greca nor by the cruise line, but collected onboard by the cruise company and added to the traveler’s onboard account at check-out.

This tax applies to all cruise lines operating in Greece, and may vary depending on the date and destination of the cruise.

The rates currently in force are the following:

From June 1 to September 30:

EUR 20.00 per person for each visit to Santorini and Mykonos

EUR 5.00 per person for each visit to any other Greek port

From April 1 to May 31 and from October 1 to October 31:

EUR 12.00 per person for Santorini and Mykonos

EUR 3.00 per person for other ports

From November 1 to March 31:

EUR 4.00 per person for Santorini and Mykonos

EUR 1.00 per person for other ports

Important: The fee is charged per person and per port of disembarkation, meaning if your cruise stops at several Greek islands, the fee is multiplied accordingly.
Children are subject to the tax, while infants may be exempt, pending official confirmation.

How is the fee charged?

The Sustainable Tourism Fee will appear as line items on your onboard account, which can be reviewed at reception during your cruise and will be included in your final invoice. We advise you to always review your onboard account before disembarkation. If you did not leave the ship at certain ports, inform the reception desk to ensure the correct charges are applied.

Absolutely!

When you pay with a foreign card, our system automatically detects it and offers you the option to pay either in Greca’s currency (EUR) or in your own home currency.

How does it work?

When you use a foreign card, the system recognizes it and presents both payment options.

Before confirming the transaction, you will see the amount in EUR and in your currency, including the exchange rate, so you can select the one you prefer with full transparency.

What are the benefits for me?

You can see the final price in your currency, have full clarity on the exchange rate, and avoid surprises on your bank statement.

Which currencies are available?

You can pay in more than 50 currencies, including widely used ones such as USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, JPY, CNY, INR, KRW, AED, SAR, TRY, MXN, BRL, ARS, CLP, COP, PEN, among many others.

What if my currency doesn’t appear?

No problem — you can still complete your purchase by paying in Greca’s currency (EUR).

A package allows you to book most of your trip in a simple and centralized way, with the support of experts who know the destination and coordinate accommodation, transfers, visits, and other services.

In addition, many expenses that you would normally pay for separately when traveling independently are already included in the program. This makes it easier to understand the total cost of your trip from the start and helps reduce unexpected expenses during your stay.

At Greca, thanks to the volume of travelers and bookings we manage, we can often access better rates, availability, and conditions with local suppliers, hotels, operators, and other tourism providers that an individual traveler would be unlikely to obtain on their own.

At Greca, many packages can also be customized, combining the convenience of a trip organized by destination experts with the flexibility to adapt it to each traveler.

If you find the program too expensive or would like to improve the price, there are several alternatives:

  • Choose your own hotels: when entering your reservation, you can select other alternatives in the optional services section. This may allow you to access more affordable options, without meals, or with cancellation conditions different from those included in our program.

  • Book for more passengers: if several people are traveling together and are part of the same reservation, our system automatically calculates better prices based on the number of passengers, even if the booking does not qualify as a group!

If you have already reviewed these options, contact one of our agents. We can evaluate similar programs, more affordable alternatives, or remove certain services to better adapt the trip to your budget.

The reservation guarantees the price for 48 hours. It does not guarantee availability. Only payment guarantees availability.
