The tour starts with skip-the-line entry to Seville Cathedral, the world's largest Gothic cathedral. An expert guide will take you through its remarkable history, from its origins as the Aljama Mosque in the 12th century to its transformation into a Christian church. One of its most significant highlights is the tomb of Christopher Columbus. Don't miss the chance to ascend the Giralda, the former mosque minaret, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking panoramic views of Seville!
Next, it is the turn to visit the Real Alcázar of Seville: formed by a group of palaces surrounded by a wall, where different styles have been used (Islamic-Mudéjar and Gothic). In successive reforms, Renaissance and Baroque elements have been added. It is a place used as accommodation by the Spanish Royal House, and is the oldest active royal palace in Europe, as listed by UNESCO.
Once the tour ends, if you wish, you could stay longer in the Alcázar Gardens.
