Entrance Ticket to the Buckingham Palace

We step inside Buckingham Palace, the official London residence of His Majesty The King and one of the few working royal palaces still in use today. During its summer opening, when official duties are carried out elsewhere, the Palace opens its doors to visitors, allowing us to explore its splendour at our own pace with a multimedia audio guide that brings its history to life.

The tour takes us through the magnificent State Rooms, a suite of 19 ceremonial rooms used for official occasions and royal receptions. Here we admire outstanding treasures from the Royal Collection, including paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens and Van Dyck, sculptures by Canova, fine examples of Sèvres porcelain, and some of the finest English and French furniture. Highlights include the elegant White Drawing Room, the Music Room, and the historic Throne Room, recently used for official coronation portraits.

The experience continues in the beautiful Palace Gardens, often described as a “walled oasis in the heart of London”. We stroll along the south side of the garden, enjoying views of the famous lake and the Palace’s west front, surrounded by a rich variety of wildlife and flowers.

Guests may choose to extend their visit with an optional tour of the Royal Mews, home to the historic royal carriages, including the iconic Gold State Coach, used for coronations since the 19th century.
