How to make a reservation?
Enter the desired date, and the number of travelers and book in 3 simple steps. When the reservation is processed, our agents will email you with all the details!
Early in the morning, you will start your journey towards Naples, crossing the Lazio and Campania regions.
Naples will welcome you with its picturesque streets and architectural wonders. You will climb up Vomero Hill, where you will reach a panoramic viewpoint. Here you will enjoy sprawling views of the Gulf of Naples, see the Vesuvius, Capri, Ischia, and Procida, and of course, the alluring seaside city of Naples itself.
Then you will start the trip to Pompeii by bus. Once there, you will have a delicious lunch with one drink included, in which you can taste the exquisite Neapolitan pizza.
After lunch, you will visit the main attraction of the city, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, the ruins of Pompeii. You will discover how people lived there during the Roman era. You will visit their houses, which still preserve the frescoes and mosaics of the time but also get a glimpse of how the residents went about their daily lives.
Furthermore, you will continue along the Sorrento Coast until you arrive in Sorrento. You will check in at your hotel and then enjoy a dinner with local delicacies.
Greca Tip: In Sorrento, there is usually a dinner dress code, so do not forget to check this and bring clothes suitable for the occasion. Enjoy an exquisite meal on the Amalfi Coast!
After a delicious breakfast, you will move to the port of Sorrento to board the ferry to the island of Capri.
Once there, if the weather and sea conditions are optimal, you will embark on rowing boats, towards the world-renowned Blue Grotto. The grotto will amaze you with its beauty, deep and clear blue watercolors.
After, you will have free time for lunch and to visit the well-known Piazzeta, the main square, with its architecture, clock tower, shops, and restaurants.
Return to Sorrento late in the afternoon and accommodation at the hotel.
Greca Tip: Please note that since 2019 tourists are banned from taking any plastic to the island of Capri to protect the coastline.
Following your tasty breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the magic that Sorrento offers. In the afternoon, you will return to Rome.
