Cruise Itinerary: Icastic

Boarding begins at 12:00 p.m., and at 16:00 p.m. so does our journey to the city of Athens.
After setting sail at the ideal time, you can enjoy the deep blue of the Aegean or entertain with one of the many activities and services offered by the cruise. On board, Greca Travel includes three meals per day, and a package of limited alcoholic and-alcoholic beverages during meals, so your only concern is to have fun.
Greca Tip: On step 1/3 of booking, you can add optional shore excursions organized by the same cruise company, and make the best out of every stop!

After a quiet night sail, you will arrive at the port of Piraeus at 7:00 a.m. and, after enjoying your tasty breakfast, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted with the treasures that are exhibited in the museums and archaeological sites of the mythical city of Athens. You can also visit the Athenian Neoclassical center: the Parliament, the University, the Library, and National Academy, the Ilion Palace, the Temple of Zeus, Hadrian's arch, the Panathenaic Stadium, and many other monuments and places of interest, including the Change of the Guards at the Grave to the Unknown Soldier outside the Parliament building.
Keep in mind that the ship will remain at the port until 13:00 p.m. when you will set sail for the famous island of Mykonos.
Mykonos is the meeting point of the international jet set; known for its wonderful beaches, exclusive shops, and unbeatable nightlife. Its historic center attracts attention to the traveler for its whitewashed houses and its narrow and labyrinthine streets invite us to get lost in their corners.
Greca Tip: You will have free time to enjoy the island´s vibrant nightlife from 19:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m., before leaving for Santorini.

At around 09:00 a.m. you will arrive at the wonderful island of Santorini, regarded by many as the lost continent of Atlantis. Approaching the island is a fascinating experience and a wonderful opportunity to capture with your camera the beauty of Oia, with its white houses perched on the cliff, overlooking the volcano.
You will have enough free time to immerse yourself in the magical atmosphere of the island! You can visit the caldera and the two small islands of Nea and Palea Kameni, with their hot springs of green and yellow waters, or simply venture out on land.
Santorini presents the perfect combination of archeological sites, black sand beaches, an active volcano, and magnificent sunsets; all of these form a part of its romantic and picturesque identity. Whenever someone thinks of the Greek islands, Santorini is bound to come up right on top!
At around 18:00 hrs. you will set sail again to continue on your sea journey.
Greca Tip: Explore the winding narrow streets of Fira, taste the local wines and savor the excellent local cuisine.

After a peaceful night's navigation, you will wake up on the famous island of Rhodes, where the seventh wonder of the ancient world once stood: "the Colossus of Rhodes". From 07:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. approximately you will have the whole day free to discover the medieval city of Rhodes (declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO).
During your stay, you should not miss out on the opportunity to visit the Acropolis of Lindos, founded by the Dorians and led by King Tlepólemo as well as the oldest settlement on the island that is located on Filérimos Hill, just outside the capital or Rhodes. Here you will also visit the old monastery, known for housing the icon of the Virgin of Filerimos and attributed to St. Luke the Evangelist and enjoy the panoramic views of the Aegean stretching out to the Asia Minor coast.
Throughout your time in Rhodes, you will enjoy the great natural beauty of the largest island in the Dodecanese island complex.
Greca Tip: You can also visit the Valley of the Butterflies, a habitat of unique value and incomparable beauty with lush vegetation and streams along cleverly laid paths.

At around 08:00 am and after a gentle navigation enjoying the comfort and services that the cruise offers, you will arrive at the Port of Cesme. After breakfast, you will be ready for disembarkation.
After these days with Greca, we hope to see you again soon to enjoy some wonderful moments that will remain forever in your memory.
Have a nice trip! Or as Greeks say: Kaló taksídi!
