During the morning and afternoon, you will have the rest of the day free to immerse yourself in the first aromas, sounds, and colors of the Indian capital. Picture the bustling markets where spices paint the air with their fragrance, the temples whispering tales of kings and sages, or simply the serenity of watching life unfold from a terrace as the sun slowly sets.
At night, you will rest comfortably in your accommodation in Delhi with breakfast included, recharging your energy to begin exploring this fascinating land the following day.
Greca Tip: We recommend staying well hydrated from the very first day, as Delhi’s climate can be warm and dry. Carrying a bottle of water with you will allow you to enjoy your first experiences in India with greater comfort.

The morning begins as we enjoy breakfast, preparing for a fascinating exploration of Delhi, a city where centuries of history coexist with the energy of a modern capital.
Our journey starts in Old Delhi, the historic heart of the city, where narrow streets and vibrant markets reveal the legacy of the Mughal Empire. We visit the magnificent Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India, built in the 17th century and standing proudly above the bustling district of Chandni Chowk. Along the way, we pass by the imposing Red Fort, whose red sandstone walls once sheltered the Mughal emperors.
We then continue to Raj Ghat, the serene memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, a place that invites reflection on the life and legacy of the father of the Indian nation. In the afternoon, our discovery moves to New Delhi, where broad avenues and monumental architecture reflect the vision of the British imperial period. We admire the elegant Qutub Minar, the tallest brick minaret in the world, a masterpiece of Indo-Islamic architecture rising 73 meters into the sky.
Our journey continues through the grand governmental district of Rashtrapati Bhavan, passing the national Parliament and the iconic India Gate, symbols of India’s political and historical evolution. As the day concludes, the city’s remarkable contrasts leave us with a deeper understanding of Delhi’s rich identity.
In the evening, we will enjoy our accommodation in Delhi, allowing us to relax and prepare our spirits for the next chapter of this unforgettable journey.
Greca Tip: Chandni Chowk is one of the oldest markets in India. If you return on your own, try a traditional street snack like jalebi or paratha for an authentic taste of Old Delhi.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we bid farewell to Delhi and set out on a scenic drive to Jaipur, the renowned “Pink City” of Rajasthan, whose rosy hue symbolizes hospitality and welcome.
Along the way, we make a special stop in Shahpura at a centuries-old haveli. In this rustic setting, an elegant lunch awaits, allowing you to savor traditional flavors in a charming historic atmosphere.
In the afternoon, we continue to Jaipur, a vibrant city that shines with its palaces, bazaars, and temples. Upon arrival, we will experience a spiritual moment at the Birla Temple during the Aarti ceremony, where the glow of oil lamps and devotional chants fill the air with a sense of mysticism. Afterwards, you will have free time to relax and begin exploring this gem of Rajasthan at your own pace.
We conclude the day with overnight accommodation in Jaipur with breakfast included, filled with excitement for the wonders that await in this city of kings and legends.
Greca Tip: At sunset, take a stroll through the nearby bazaars; local artisans offer exquisite jewelry and textiles, making Jaipur a paradise for craft lovers.

This city, built as a capital, preserves an impressive collection of palaces, pavilions, and mosques that reflect the empire’s wealth and power. We will discover the Mausoleum of Salim Chishti, renowned for its delicate architecture and spiritual aura, and the elegant Panch Mahal, where columns and terraces interact with the sunlight, creating a unique visual spectacle. We will also admire the grandeur of the Jama Masjid mosque, whose walls tell stories spanning centuries.
In the afternoon, we continue our journey to Agra, a city emblematic of history and romance, where we will check in at the hotel and settle in to rest after an intense day at our accommodation.
Greca Tip: Take a close look at the intricate details of Fatehpur Sikri’s façades; the jali (lattice) patterns cast shadows that shift with the sunlight, a delicate work of art that brings the historic walls to life.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, we immerse ourselves in the magic of Agra with a visit to the unforgettable Taj Mahal, the marble jewel that has captivated the world. Built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved Mumtaz Mahal, this mausoleum combines love and art on a monumental scale. Every detail, from the delicate mosaics to the symmetrical gardens, reflects the dedication of artisans who came from Italy, Persia, and India, working for 22 years to immortalize an eternal feeling. A charming curiosity: at sunrise, the soft pink light transforms the marble, making the Taj appear to float over the morning mist.
In the afternoon, we will explore the imposing Agra Fort, whose red sandstone walls house palaces and pavilions worthy of royalty. We will walk through the Diwan-i-Am, where the emperor listened to his people, and the Diwan-i-Khas, reserved for dignitaries. The Mina Masjid, built in white marble, delicately contrasts with the fortress, evoking the grandeur of the Taj and offering a peaceful retreat within the impressive complex.
At the end of the day, we will return to the hotel in Agra, where you can rest and reflect on the wonders experienced during the day.
Greca Tip: Bring water and a light hat; the afternoon sun can be intense, and every step in Agra Fort deserves to be enjoyed with comfort and calm.

This small locality, nestled on the banks of the Betwa River, preserves a rich historical heritage that seems frozen in time. During our visit, we will discover the majestic island fortress-palace, the royal cenotaphs (chhatris) rising above the landscape, and several Hindu temples that reflect the architectural splendor of the Bundela dynasty. We will stroll through the rustic streets of Orchha, steeped in history and tradition, and take in the serenity of its surroundings, evoking the grandeur of centuries past.
We will then continue by road to Khajuraho, where the rest of the day will be free to relax or explore the area. Those who wish may optionally attend an Aarthi ceremony, a Hindu ritual filled with spirituality and symbolism, performed with chants, lights, and offerings.
We will stay overnight in Khajuraho, on a bed and breakfast basis, the perfect setting to unwind before continuing our journey through the heart of India.

This architectural complex, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is composed of more than 20 temples that date back over a millennium, built during the height of the Chandela dynasty.
Their walls are adorned with thousands of intricately carved stone sculptures depicting deities, animals, musicians, dancers, and scenes from daily life, as well as erotic representations that symbolize the union between the earthly and the divine, according to ancient Tantric philosophy. At dawn, the ghats come alive with devotees performing ablutions, offering prayers to the rising sun, and carrying out ancient religious rituals. At Manikarnika Ghat, cremation ceremonies take place continuously, symbolizing the eternal cycle of life and death (photography is prohibited).
