In one we were required to purchase a coverup, even though I was wearing long trousers and long sleeved shirt.

In addition, for this very reason we could not enjoy the excursion and see everything included in the trip. They also did not give us the promised map and water. IMPORTANT NOTE: In case the train does not operate, an alternative means will be used.
**For the tour to Meteora, from September 11th 2023 and until further notice, the transfer to Kalambaka will be done by bus. Pick-up Information:
The meeting point will be in front of the Athens Railway Station (Stathmos Larissis), where a bus will be waiting for you. Departure will be at 08:00 a.m. sharp, so we advise you to be at the meeting point at least 20 minutes early.
Hotel pickup
The tour does not include pick-up and drop-off from/to the majority of the hotels in Athens city center. Upon reservation, we will send you the train tickets.
The departure is from Athens Central Train Station (Larissa) at 07:20 hrs. We advise arriving 30 minutes prior to train departure.
If you add the transfer from your hotel, pick-up will be one hour prior to train departure.

This is a full-day excursion (approximately. Dep. 07:20 hrs. - Ret. 21:15 hrs.)

Cancellations
Full Refund for the guided tour for cancellations at least 72 hours in advance. The train tickets sent are not refundable.
For cancellations or modifications later than 48 hours prior to departure, 100% of the total cost will be applied as cancellation fees.
Verification - Voucher
Once the reservation is made you will receive an email with your reservation number and the train tickets. Vouchers are not essential for this tour.
